1. District-wide

Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens have suspended return to school and offline teaching. If accommodation is available, fully closed teaching management can be implemented in the school. All universities, vocational schools and technical schools implement closed management. Off-campus training institutions have suspended offline teaching, and trusteeship and childcare institutions have suspended services.

Strengthen checkpoint management at construction sites, and strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as scanning QR codes for temperature measurement, wearing masks, and 24-hour nucleic acid negative certificates for entry and exit. All personnel entering the construction site are subject to closed-loop management and will not go out unless necessary.

Accommodation business premises must be strictly managed for epidemic prevention.
