Sanheba is a classic scenic spot of red tourism.

Sanheba Tourist Area is located in sanhe town, an ancient town in Dabu. Sanhe town is the starting point of the confluence of Tingjiang River, Meijiang River and Haitan River in dapu county, so it is called Sanheba. Since ancient times, Sanheba has been an important waterway transportation hub and a battleground for military strategists in eastern Guangdong. For example, in the forty-second year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1563), Sanhe City was built and the government sent troops to defend it. The occupation of Bizhi Mountain is equivalent to controlling the traffic of the Han River. Back to the north of Tingjiang, you can go to Changting and Shanghang in Fujian. Sailing westward along Meijiang River can reach the south of Jiangxi Province. East along Meitan River to Jiu Feng and other places in southern Fujian; Follow the Hanjiang River to Chaozhou and Shantou. It was once called "Guangdong in the west and Beijing in the north". Do you think the location of Mount Bizhi is important? The Battle of Sanheba, the "August 1st" Rebel Army, was launched fiercely on this mountain. To commemorate the great achievements of the revolutionary ancestors and the martyrs who died in this battle, the Guangdong Provincial People's Government allocated funds to build a monument in February. 1963. The monument is15m high and consists of 343 compact granite blocks of 35 specifications. On the front of the monument, there is an inscription inscribed by comrades: Monument to the Rebel Martyrs in the March 31 Battle of Sanheba. Inscription by Zhou Shidi, the 25 th division commander, is engraved on the pedestal. Today, the Memorial Monument to the Martyrs of the Rebel Army in the Battle of Sanheba has been listed as the key protection unit of the national revolutionary martyrs memorial site and the provincial-level cultural relics protection unit, and has become the patriotic education and revolutionary traditional education base in Meizhou and dapu county.
