The bridging method of setting up the router is as follows:

Log in to the wireless router settings B management interface, and set the "SSID number" and "channel" in the wireless settings - basic settings, as shown in the figure: < /p>

Set wireless signal encryption information in "Wireless Settings" - "Wireless Security Settings"

Record the SSID, channel and encryption setting information after wireless router B is set, and use it in subsequent wireless routers It needs to be applied in the configuration of A and C.

Wireless router A settings.

1. Modify the LAN port IP address. In the network parameters - LAN port settings, modify the IP address to be different from that of router B (to prevent IP address conflicts), such as 192.168.1.2, save it, and the router will automatically restart.

Enable WDS function. After the restart is complete, log in to wireless router A again with the changed LAN port IP address, and check "Enable WDS" in Wireless Settings-Basic Settings. Please note that the SSID here is different from that of Router B. Of course, it can also be set to the same, so that you can roam within the coverage of these three routers. That is to say, as long as you connect to the Internet at will within this range. , you can access the Internet at another point within this range without reconnecting. It is very convenient to re-enter the SSID. In other words, three routers form the same large network

WDS settings. Click "Scan" to search for surrounding wireless signals.

Select the SSID number of router B in the scanned signal list, such as TP-LINK_841_B in the picture below, and click "Connect".

Set the channel to be the same as the channel of router B.

Set the encryption information to be the same as that of Router B, "Save"

Close the DHCP server. In the DHCP server, select "Disable", "Save", and restart the router.

The configuration of wireless router A is completed. At this point, wireless router A and wireless router B have successfully established WDS.

Wireless router C settings. The setting method is the same as the configuration of Router A (the IP address must not be the same as Router A, B and other computers in the network, otherwise it will cause an IP conflict and the computer will not be able to access the Internet).
