How many days are suitable for visiting Lijiang?

No matter how long you travel to Yunnan, there is still something to do, and visiting Yunnan can make you feel very happy. Many people travel to Yunnan once and then settle in Yunnan, so it is recommended that you try your best to stay in these places Be patient.

To go to Lijiang, you need to pass through Kunming and Dali. This route is a relatively mature tourist route in Yunnan, and the itinerary is smooth. Based on 9 days, you can spend three days each in Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang. Here’s what you can do:

1. In Kunming:

On the first day, you will mainly visit Stone Forest, Jiuxiang, these two scenic spots are not in the urban area, so it is best to find a one-day tour group and follow them. After returning in the evening, we went to Golden Rooster and Bima Square, which is a good place for evening leisure in Kunming, and had snacks.

On the second and third days, we will mainly play in the urban area of ??Kunming, including Xishan, Longmen, Dianchi Lake, National Village, Daguan Tower, Golden Palace, etc. You can visit as many places as you can. Taking the sleeper train to Dali at night can save you a day's accommodation costs and time.

2. In Dali:

The first day. Arrive in Dali around 7:00 in the morning. Take bus No. 8 directly to the ancient city of Dali. Get off at Yu'er Road or Cangshan Gate and find an inn. Afterwards, take bus C2 to Caicun Pier and take a cruise on Erhai Lake, including Nanzhao Customs Island, Butterfly Spring, Xiao Putuo, etc. After coming back, go to Cangshan Gate and take the Chongsheng Temple special bus to Chongsheng Temple. Tour Dali Ancient City in the evening. It gets dark late in Dali, and the ancient city of Dali is not big. It mainly covers Renmin Road, Fuxing Road, Huguo Road, Honglongjing, Foreigner Street, Generalissimo Du Wenxiu's Mansion, and several city towers. One of the tourist items in the evening is to drink tea. , watch the night view, etc.

The next day. Take bus No. 4 to the foot of Guanyintang and visit Guanyintang. There is a Zhangjia Garden next to it. It is newly built and is not recommended. Then take a van to Gantong Temple. Afterwards, take the Gantong Cableway up to Cangshan Mountain and play along Yudai Road. This is the best scenic road to view Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. Then get off the Cangshan Cableway (there are three cableways in Cangshan Mountain, from south to north they are Gantong Cableway, Cangshan Cableway and Zhonghe Temple Cableway). If you are very interested, you can take the Cangshan Cableway to Ximatan at the top of the mountain to have a look. After coming down from Cangshan Cableway, you can visit Tianlong Babu Film and Television City. After that, go to Cangshan Gate, take bus No. 8 to Dali Railway Station, and take the evening bus to Lijiang.

The third day. Take a bus from Xiaguan, Dali to Jizu Mountain. Jizu Mountain is a very famous place. The last travelogue written by Xu Xiake was about Jizu Mountain. In the evening, return directly to Dali Railway Station from Jizu Mountain and take the train to Lijiang.

3. On the first day in Lijiang, you can visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Dongba Valley, Blue Moon Valley, Maoniuping, Black Dragon Pool and other places. These scenic spots are relatively scattered, so you can take a taxi

The next day you will visit Lijiang Ancient Town, Yufeng Temple, Lashihai, Shuhe and other places. If you are very interested, you can go to Lashihai first and ride a horse from the mountains to Shuhe Ancient Town, which takes about 2 hours.

On the third day, we visited places such as the Great Bend of the Yangtze River and Tiger Leaping Gorge, because these two points are relatively far away. If you have more time, just arrange a white water table. Lugu Lake is too far away. It takes at least two days to go back and forth, so don’t go there.

4. Note that it is the off-season for tourism in Yunnan, and inns are easy to find. There are inns everywhere in Dali and Lijiang. A standard room only costs 50 yuan, so don’t be afraid. But you should bring more clothes because it is already cold, especially in Lijiang. There is nothing special about consumption. Food and drinks are very cheap as long as they don't go to high-end hotels. Try not to buy specialties, as most of them are meant to deceive tourists. If you really want something, write it down first and then buy it on Taobao when you get home. It’s cheaper and you don’t have to bring it yourself.
