Can I quit the group? I don't want to go now.

You can quit the group, but you have to deduct a part of the liquidated damages.

Tourists can notify the travel agency to terminate this contract before the start of tourism activities, but they must bear the necessary expenses paid by the travel agency for this tour and pay liquidated damages according to the following standards:

1. If notified before the fifth day before the start of the tour, pay 10% of the balance after deducting the necessary expenses already paid by the travel agency.

2. If the notice is received on the 5th to 3rd day before the start of the tour, 20% of the balance after deducting the necessary expenses already paid by the travel agency shall be paid.

3. If the notice is given from the third day to the 1 day before the start of the tour, 30% of the balance after deducting the necessary expenses already paid by the travel agency shall be paid.

4. If the notice is given 1 day before the start of the tour, 50% of the balance after deducting the necessary expenses already paid by the travel agency shall be paid.

5. If you notify or fail to inform not to join the tour group on or after the start of the tour, you will be paid 100% of the balance after deducting the necessary expenses paid by the travel agency.
