What does a package tour contract include?

Legal analysis: the package tour contract should be in written form, which mainly includes the following contents: (1) Basic information of travel agencies and tourists; (2) Travel itinerary; (3) The minimum number of tour groups; (4) Arrangements and standards for tourism services such as transportation, accommodation and catering; (5) the specific content and time of sightseeing, entertainment and other projects; (6) Free time arrangement.

Legal basis: Article 470th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
