(7) Their children have obtained foreign nationality or are Hong Kong and Macao residents as defined in the Regulations on Hong Kong-Macao Relations, and are not mainland residents, and are spouses of people in Taiwan Province Province, or are employed in Taiwan Province Province, and the permit period exceeds 6 months.

(eight) parents, spouses, children or spouses' parents who are allowed to reunite in Taiwan Province Province according to Article 26 of the Measures for the Pass for People from Mainland China to and from Taiwan Province Province.

Second, delayed care:

Applicants in items 1 to 12 of point 1 are childless relatives who are over 60 years old in Taiwan Province Province. Those who have not recovered from injury or have difficulty in moving and are left unattended may apply for extended care in Taiwan Province Province. However, if the spouse visiting relatives has applied for reunion in Taiwan Province Province in accordance with the regulations, the competent authority may not grant permission.

Third, the number of applications and matters needing attention:

(a) the short-term application for visiting relatives as stipulated in the first paragraph and the second paragraph is limited to two times a year, and the duration of each stay is three months without extension. However, under any of the following circumstances, this restriction shall not apply:

1. If the applicant is the parent of a Taiwan Province native, he/she may be allowed to stay for one to three months and may apply for an extension. Each extension shall not exceed three months, and the cumulative stay in Taiwan shall not exceed six months each year.

2. If the child is pregnant for more than seven months or less than two months after delivery or abortion, he may apply for an extension, and the extension period shall not exceed three months, and the cumulative stay in Taiwan shall not exceed six months each year.

(two) in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of the third paragraph, you can apply for an extension, the extension period shall not exceed three months; The number of applications for coming to Taiwan and the number of extensions are limited to twice a year.

(3) Apply for short-term visiting relatives in accordance with the provisions in Items 4 to 10 of Point 1. The stay period shall not exceed two months, and no extension shall be applied. The number of applications for coming to Taiwan shall not exceed three times a year.

(4) To apply for short-term visiting relatives in accordance with the provisions of Items 11 and 12 of Point 1, the stay period shall not exceed one month, and no extension shall be applied, and the number of applications for coming to Taiwan shall not exceed two times each year. However, when the subject is hospitalized due to illness or accidental injury during his stay in Taiwan, he may apply for an extension without being limited by the number of applications, and each extension period is one month.

(5) Those who apply for peer care in accordance with Item 13 of the first point shall stay for the same period as the applicant, and shall enter and leave Taiwan Province Province on the same plane (ship) with the applicant, and shall not apply for extension. However, under any of the following circumstances, with the approval of the competent authority, this restriction shall not apply:

1. You must leave the country first because of work or other special circumstances.

2. If you are sick or seriously injured, you must postpone leaving the country.

(6) Those who apply for visiting relatives for a long time according to the provisions in Items 14 to 15 of Point 1 shall not stay for more than six months, and may apply for an extension if necessary, and the extension period shall not exceed six months. Applicants who have reached the age of 20 and are still studying in senior secondary schools in Taiwan Province Province may apply for an extension to August 31st of the year when their senior secondary schools graduate, and each extension shall not exceed six months. Those who drop out, drop out, change or lose their school status in senior secondary schools shall leave the country within 10 days from the day after the fact. Those who apply for visiting relatives in Taiwan again in that year will be recalculated according to the stay period and the number of visits to Taiwan stipulated in Article 23 of the Measures for the Permission of People from Mainland China to Enter Taiwan Province Province, and will not be affected.

(seven) if the nursing is delayed with permission, each delay shall not exceed six months. However, if the remaining validity period of mainland travel documents (excluding Hong Kong and Macao passes) is less than seven months, it can only be postponed to one month before the expiration of the validity period of the documents, and each stay in Taiwan shall not exceed one year.

(8) The above-mentioned period of stay shall be counted from the day after entry. For example, if the permitted stay period is two months, the applicant will enter the country on June 15, and his stay period will start on June 16, so he should leave the country on August 15.

(9) When mainlanders apply to enter Taiwan Province Province, the documents presented in the mainland shall be verified by the Straits Exchange Foundation, a consortium legal person.

(10) Those who stay in Taiwan beyond the time limit or engage in activities inconsistent with the purpose of visiting relatives shall apply for a short stay in Taiwan after the expiration of the non-permission period. But mourning is not limited by this.

Four. Documents to be prepared:

(1) Please fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit of Personnel in Chinese mainland Area in detail, and attach the color photos of the front half-length coated paper taken in the last two years. The front is 4.5 cm straight and the horizontal is 3.5 cm. (two) a copy of the identity card, other certificates or identity documents of mainland residents.

(3) A document certifying the kinship between the applicant and the relatives, which has been verified by an institution established or designated by the Executive Yuan or entrusted by a non-governmental organization. Peer caregivers should attach a certificate of kinship with the applicant from an institution established or designated by the Executive Yuan or a non-governmental organization entrusted by the Executive Yuan. (If the notarial certificate of kinship required for this application has been submitted in the previous application, the applicant or the agent applicant shall fill in and sign it in the blank space of the application. (4) If the respondent is a resident of Taiwan Province Province, a household registration book or identity card shall be attached; The respondent who is a mainland resident shall attach a copy of the entry and exit permit.

(5) Letter of guarantee: the guarantor issues a letter of guarantee signed by himself, and the original and photocopy of the guarantor's national identity card. If the guarantor is the inviting unit, it shall be stamped with the seal of the inviting unit and checked by the service stations of the counties and cities of the Immigration Bureau (see the description on the back of the guarantee for the qualification of the guarantor).

(6) Power of Attorney: Unless the applicant is delivered in person abroad, Hongkong or Macau, or delivered by the agent or inviting unit, if the agent or inviting unit entrusts a comprehensive or A-class travel agency, or the agent entrusts other relatives in Taiwan Province Province to deliver it, a power of attorney shall be attached.

(7) If the applicant is in a foreign region or Hong Kong or Macao, a copy of the re-entry visa, residence permit or Hong Kong or Macao resident identity card of the foreign region shall be attached.

(8) Proof of pregnancy, childbirth or abortion (the applicant shall comply with item 2 of point 3 1).

(nine) in accordance with the provisions of item 14 of the first point to apply for visiting the illegitimate children born in Taiwan Province, the biological father should go through the claim procedures first; In addition, children born to people in Taiwan Province province who are pregnant before marriage should attach the paternity test, and the proof of marital status of the biological mother who was not married during pregnancy (from 18 1 day to the 302nd day of the child's birthday) verified by an institution established or designated by the Executive Yuan or a non-governmental organization entrusted by the Executive Yuan, and the paternity test report issued by a hospital certified by the central health and welfare authority after entering the country.

(10) According to the documents attached to point 1 paragraph 15, the applicant:

1. Children of Chinese mainland people before marriage: Chinese mainland people's pre-marital divorce certificate or former spouse's death certificate verified by institutions established or designated by the Executive Yuan or civil organizations entrusted by the Executive Yuan, and the applicant's birth certificate (parents' names must be indicated).

2. Children born out of wedlock of Chinese mainland people: proof of marital status, birth certificate with birth mother's name and confirmation of kinship of unmarried birth mother during pregnancy, verified by institutions established or designated by the Executive Yuan or non-governmental organizations entrusted by the Executive Yuan. The extension shall be accompanied by a paternity test report issued by a qualified hospital certified by the central health and welfare organ.

Seven, matters needing attention:

(1) The applicant in the first paragraph shall seek one person as the guarantor in the following order, and be responsible for the guarantee in Article 7 of the Measures for the Pass for People from Mainland China to and from Taiwan Province Province:

2 have the ability to guarantee the third-degree relatives in Taiwan Province province.

3. The number of citizens with legal jobs in Taiwan Province Province shall not exceed 5 every year.

(2) In addition, according to Item 7 to Item 1, the person in charge of the inviting unit or business director of the respondent can act as the guarantor of the applicant. However, people from non-Taiwan Province province are not necessarily guarantors; Applicants who meet items 11and 12 of point1can be sponsored by the school or personnel designated by the school where Taiwan Province students (terrestrial or trainees) are studying.

(3) If there are no guarantors or applicants mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs, or it is inappropriate to use the personnel or legal persons mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs as guarantors due to special circumstances, and there are justified reasons, the order of guarantors may be changed with the consent of the competent authority, and other institutions (structures) and personnel may be found as guarantors.

(4) If the relevant documents submitted by people from Chinese mainland who apply to enter Taiwan are incomplete, the immigration department shall notify the applicant to make corrections within two months; If the correction is not made within the time limit or the correction is incomplete, the application shall be rejected; If it cannot be corrected, the application shall be rejected. However, if the applicant fails to make corrections within the prescribed time limit for justifiable reasons, he may apply for an extension of two months.

(five) if the person under investigation in Taiwan Province Province is seriously ill or seriously injured, or if he is hospitalized over 60 years old, he may apply for a certificate in advance; The identification of illness, serious illness or serious injury shall be based on the medical certificate issued by the central health and welfare authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 of the Measures for Entry of People from Mainland China.
