Reservoir water and underground well water are used to supply water in the southern mountainous areas. In 2007, the villages in the northern part of the town will be supplied with water by the Xiaoshunjiang Water Supply Project, and now the water supply pipelines have been laid.

The bus system relies on the Shaoxing City and District Public Transportation System, and has basically realized that every village is connected to public transportation. The connection between Shaoxing urban area and Keqiao urban area is relatively convenient, and the frequency of public buses needs to be further increased to meet the daily travel requirements of urban and rural residents. Current situation The main facilities in Lanting Town include a 500KV regional substation and a 35KV substation. The 500KV substation is an important part of the regional power project in East China; the 35KV substation is an important part of the regional power grid project in southern Shaoxing County. It is located in Lougong, with a voltage level of 35KW and a capacity of two 8000KVA units + one 12500KVA unit. It covers Lanting, Lizhu, Fuquan and other towns, covering an area of ??3 acres, with 31 employees and a construction area of ??600 square meters. In 2007, it is planned to expand the capacity of the original 35KV substation to 110KV.
