Dharma is the abbreviation of bodhidharma, which translates as "Daoism", whose real name is Dharma Bodhisattva. Dharma is the third son of King Xiangzhi of Southern Tianzhu. Prajna Paramita, the 27th ancestor of Indian Zen Buddhism, came to other countries to be supported by the king, saying that Dharma was to be received in the palace. Prajna paramita thought that Buddhism had roots, so he decided to teach it to him. After Dharma's father died, he said goodbye to his brothers and became a monk from Prajna. Prajnaparamita once said to Dharma: "You have a close relationship with Aurora (referring to China), but it will take me 67 years to destroy it. You can learn from it." After the Prajna was destroyed, Dharma followed suit and stayed in his own country for enlightenment. More than 60 years later, he went to China and rowed across the sea. Three years later, he arrived in Nanhai, China. Dharma came to Guangzhou in the first year of Liang Wudi (520) or Datong (527), where he was greeted by the secretariat of Guangzhou and received by Emperor Wu. After the emperor looked at his watch, he sent envoys to welcome him to Jiankang (now Nanjing). Liang Wudi asked him, "Since I ascended the throne, I have built temples to write scriptures, and I have learned from the memory of monks. What merits have I made? " Unexpectedly, Dharma said, "There is no merit." Emperor Wu was not convinced and said, "Why is there no merit?" Dharma said: "But there is a reason for this, and it goes hand in hand, although it is not true." Liang Wudi, who is bent on becoming a Buddha, has to ask this authentic descendant from the hometown of Buddha: "What is the real merit?" A: "Net wisdom is wonderful, and the body is empty. If it is merit, it will not recognize the world. " Emperor Wu asked again, "What is the first meaning of the imperial edict?" A: "The outline is not holy." Emperor Wu was a little unhappy and asked, "Who is my man?" Dharma said, "I don't know." In the end, "the emperor doesn't understand, and the ancestors (the law) know that the machine is not harmonious", and the two broke up in discord. At that time, a monk named Shen Guang was giving a lecture in Yuhuatai, Nanjing. Dharma went to listen to it and shook his head when he heard some places. Shen Guang found that Dharma shook his head, so he talked with Dharma, but they also had different views on Buddhism. Dharma took the initiative to give in and left Nanjing to prepare to cross the river to the north. When Dharma came to the river, there was no boat to cross. Only an old woman sat on the shore with a bundle of reeds beside her. Dharma turned a reed into an old man and put it by the river. I saw a reed flower, with its head held high in Gaoyang, and five reed leaves spread flat. Dharma stepped on the reeds, and the southeast wind went north. After thinking about it, Shen Guang went to the river and saw Dharma crossing the river with a reed. Shen Guang felt the profundity of Buddhism, regretted it and came back with regret. There was a poem praising: Passing through the water in spring, crossing the river sadly alone. Pity is like a horse, and two tender laurels are nine prosperous. This is the story of Dharma's "crossing the river with one reed". This reed has five leaves, indicating that Zen is widely spread in China, and there are seven sects.

3. Heart meridian dam

Many Buddhists pass through the stone walls, breaking Daishan. Heart Sutra is a classic work with the least words in Buddhist scriptures. Daishan Lake Heart Meridian Dam is the first dam in the world to depict a giant heart meridian on a reservoir dam. The Buddha enshrined here in Jintang is called "Five in One", with Sakyamuni Buddha in the middle and Ananda, Ye Jia, Indra, Brahma and other threats on both sides. The original intention of "Five in One" Buddhism is that Brahma presented flowers to the Buddha. The interpretation of "flower picking" described by Sakyamuni Buddha in Buddhist classics has a certain relationship with "Zen" and "Dharma" in Daishan Lake Buddhist scenic spot.
