Brief introduction of Nieshi town

Nie City is one of the famous ancient towns in Yueyang area, which was approved by Hunan provincial government as the second batch of provincial-level historical and cultural towns. Nieshi Town is located in the north-central part of Linxiang, Hunan Province. Chang 'an River (also known as Nieshi Town River and Yuantan River) enters the entrance of Huanggai Lake, east to Yanglousi Town, west to Yunxi District of Yueyang City, south to Wulipai Township and north to Yuantan Town. At an altitude of 32 meters, the whole area belongs to hilly landform, which is high in the south and low in the north. The territory has rolling mountains, flowing green water, beautiful countryside and pleasant climate. The longest highway crosses the border and goes straight to the Yangtze River. Nie-Chang Highway connects Changling Refinery. Huanggai Lake is located in the north, with Chang 'an River running through the whole territory, only 10 km away from Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway and Beijing-Zhuhai expressway, and it is one of the important towns north of Linxiang Road.
