Five scenic spots recommended by Ningxiang locals

Ningxiang is rich in tourism resources. One of the first strong tourist counties in China, Mudra Temple, Thousand Buddha Cave, Siyang Fangzun, grey soup hot spring and Shaoqi's former residence are famous in Sanxiang, which exudes charming charm. Here are five scenic spots that Ningxiang City must visit.

Song Cheng Tanhe Ancient City 1: Tanhe Ancient City is the largest Western Zhou cultural theme park in China and the only Western Zhou cultural theme park in Hunan Province. Walking into the amorous feelings street of the Western Zhou Dynasty, wooden pavilions and pavilions are designed as characteristic buildings of the Western Zhou Dynasty, and there are many iron shops, fan shops and restaurants and inns, which convey the civilized atmosphere from distant times and truly reproduce the social, cultural, production and life scenes of the Western Zhou Dynasty three thousand years ago. Love bridge connects the two banks of charcoal river. The long charcoal river has been flowing for 3,000 years, and the story of heroic beauty is sung here. Truth, goodness and beauty, persistence and dedication have influenced Ningxiang people from generation to generation.

2. Liu Shaoqi Scenic Area: Liu Shaoqi's hometown scenic area is located in Huaminglou Town, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is the only biographical museum in China that systematically introduces the life story of Comrade Liu Shaoqi, and it is also the largest collection center of Liu Shaoqi cultural relics in China. The museum area mainly includes the revolutionary memorial area with Comrade Liu Shaoqi's former residence, exhibition hall, bronze statue square and cultural relics museum as the main body, and the sightseeing area with huaminglou, Xiuying Pavilion, Wanding, Liu Shaoqi Plane and Yeyi Lake as the main body.

3. Miyin Temple Scenic Area: Miyin Temple Scenic Area is located halfway up Weishan Mountain in Ningxiang County, under Pilufeng. It is a Buddhist holy place with the "Millennium Ancient Temple" as the main temple and the "Thousand Hands and Thousand Eyes Guanyin Statue" as the main Buddha. It is the birthplace of Huiyang Sect, one of the five southern Buddhism sects in China. Zen has the saying that "one flower has five leaves", and Yang is always the first of the five leaves.

4. Thousand-Buddha Cave Scenic Area: According to legend, the Thousand-Buddha Cave consists of thirteen caves, also known as "thirteen caves". Formed 360 million years ago, it is a rare canyon in the cave, with a vertical height of nearly 100 meters. Nature endows it with beautiful karst landforms. Stalactites, stalagmites and stone pillars in the cave are in different shapes, with hidden rivers and waterfalls, and wonders come one after another. Cave in the cave and river in the cave are deep and winding, mysterious and full of cave wonders, and have the reputation of "the first cave canyon in the world" and "the first infinite zenith in the world". The grotesque rocks at the top of the cave are nearly 1,000 mu, and the scene is unique. The temperature in the cave is kept at 18-20℃ all year round, which is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a good place for summer vacation and leisure. According to legend, Zen master Ling You, the founder of the pseudo-Yang Zong Sect, practiced here, and thousands of spiritual buddhas were born here. The Buddha statue is lifelike, hence the name "Thousand Buddha Cave", which can be described as a fairy cave with Buddha's edge and a summer resort.

5. Weishan Scenic Area: Dawei Mountain, also known as Weishan, the birthplace of Weishan, a tributary of Xiangjiang River. Hengshan Mountain extends to the northwest, and the other vein is connected with the remaining vein of Xuefeng Mountain, extending from northwest to southeast, just like two dragons mating here, forming a magnificent and full-fledged Daishan Mountain system. Surrounded by one or two hundred miles of mountains and hills, clouds and air meet, stir and rotate, and the mountains are undulating and magnificent.
