The following precautions are only for attracting jade:

First, pay attention to heatstroke prevention and sun protection when riding in summer;

Second, the total mileage (my route) is less than 900 kilometers, which is about a week's journey. Don't worry;

Third, arrange your own time and try not to ride at night (although riding at night in summer is cool, pay attention to safety! );

Fourth, as LZ said, if you don't have much long-distance riding experience, don't ride too much in the first two or three days to give your body enough time to adapt;

Fifth, we must pay attention to food hygiene when eating in summer. You don't have to pay attention to how well you eat, but you must be clean;

Sixth, in the plateau area, when climbing a mountain, you must breathe evenly and trample evenly, not at high speed;

From the starting point, drive 7.6 kilometers in Chengdu and enter S 103.

Drive along S 103 for 29.2km, turn right slightly, take the ramp and enter S 107.
