Gulangyu Island self-guided tour guide

The one I have been to~~haha~~is also a self-guided tour~~·Played for 4 days~

Things to note are: 1. It is free to take a boat from the ferry port to the island. , it costs 8 yuan to go out. If you are sure that you only want to play on the island, you can live on the island. If you want to go out to see Jimei University, Xiamen University, etc., then you need to plan and see if you can live on the island first. After visiting other attractions, I went to the island to play with peace of mind. I lived on the island at that time, but I ran out every day, and the ferry tickets were very expensive~

2. Now is the peak tourist season. , you have to book a room in advance. If you are going alone, it is recommended to stay in a youth hostel. It is on the island, Lujiao Road, and it is easy to find. Cheap and a bit like going to college. I was staying there at the time. Later, due to time issues, I wanted to stay there, but it was already booked by someone else. Then I moved to the Bay View Hotel opposite. Damn it, I was almost carried away by mosquitoes.

3. There is no admission fee for Shuzhuang Garden and Haoyue Garden in the evening and before 6 o'clock. I didn't go to Shuzhuang Garden. I went to Haoyue Garden, which is where I saw the statue of Zheng Chenggong at the pier. In fact, it’s nothing. I think it’s enough to see it at night.

PS Sunlight Rock seems to be free of charge if you enter before 5:30 in the morning. It is where Zheng Chenggong once stationed his troops. If the weather is good, you can see Taiwan's Kinmen Island across from the top of the mountain. But I didn’t go either

4. Let LZ tell you about my route

I arrived on the island around noon on the first day. I booked a hotel in advance and then strolled to the market. , I had a bowl of Sha Cha Noodles. If you like noodles, you can try it. The taste is very special. Some seafood is added to it. It’s a big bowl and costs 9 yuan. PS There are 25 yuan over there to try several kinds of seafood, but I was afraid that it would spoil my stomach and make it inconvenient to go out for fun, so I didn’t eat it. Then I walked around the island casually. I like to take pictures, so I went to see those buildings with Western characteristics. After that, I went to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street opposite. In fact, I feel a little regretful. Pedestrian streets across the country are similar and not fun. However, there is a grandma in the alley over there who makes delicious meat dumplings, but I discovered them by accident, so I can’t tell you~ Hehe

5. I went to Nanputuo the next day. The entrance fee to Nanputuo was 2 yuan, so I went in to play. It was very popular. Next door was Xiamen University, which is one of the "best universities for dating" 1. It’s very clean. I like it. You can check it out, LZ. This is the Binhai Campus. You can walk along the plank road to the Huli Mountain Fort. There is a live performance at 4 pm. The ticket price is 60 or 80, so I didn’t go.

By the way, if LZ likes romance, you can ride a bicycle along the Huandao Road, because it was a bit hot when I went there, so I didn’t ride because I was afraid of being exposed to the sun.

6. Went to Jimei on the third day Xuexun, there are many schools there, and you can eat there, which is cheap and has a variety of options. This is my way to save money, eating at school, haha. LZ, if you don’t like it, you don’t have to go. Mainly because I heard other people say that people who study art should go to Jimei, so I went there

7. On the fourth day, I walked around the island carefully. It is possible to walk, but it is recommended not to take a car, but to walk to feel the comfort. The sound of the piano comes from the alley, so romantic.

My suggestion is to stay on the island for 2 more days to get a feel for it. Go to the beach in the evening to enjoy the wind and listen to the sound of the waves. It will make you feel super relaxed! Also, don’t eat the red lotus mist you buy on the roadside. It’s astringent and I can’t get used to it anyway. It’s almost done~~My hands are sore~I still feel like I’m not careful, so please go to Tianya Travel, there are many experts there~

You can buy gold-flavored meat floss as a souvenir. When you go to Nanputuo, remember to eat vegetarian cakes, that one too It can be given as a gift to a friend, and there are not many other souvenirs. Nowadays, so-called souvenirs are sold all over the country, such as bracelets made of shells, etc. There are so many, so bring some specialties to eat.
