According to the law, if tourists are forced to shop, they will be ordered to make corrections by the tourism administrative department or the industrial and commercial administrative department. , travel agencies will be fined not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan, and tour guides will be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan. In serious cases, the travel agency business license and tour guide certificate may be revoked. In addition, the travel agency must pay 20% of the total travel expenses to the tourists as liquidated damages.

Article 59 of the "Travel Agency Regulations" implemented in our country stipulates:
