Article 13
To apply for a border pass, an application form for a border pass shall be filled in; Submit my "Resident Identity Card" or other valid documents, and go through the following procedures:
(a) personnel of organs, organizations and institutions, proposed by the unit security (personnel) department;
(2) If the enterprise has a security department, the security department shall put forward audit opinions; If there is no security department, the enterprise legal person shall put forward the audit opinion;
(three) other personnel by the local police station or the Township People's government audit opinion;
(four) the personnel who have worked in the border management area shall also issue the employment contract of the labor department and the certificate of the employing unit.
