How long does it take to return to Alipay after applying for a refund on the same trip?

If you use Alipay balance to pay, you will receive it immediately after applying for refund verification. If you use Alipay Bank gateway to pay: online banking payment, 5- 10 working days; Credit card payment, 10-25 working days; Debit card remittance, 3-5 working days; Please refer to the following instructions for the specific refund process and arrival time.

Refund process

1. Tourists apply for a refund;

2. Same trip and accounting losses of suppliers;

3. The customer service staff submits a refund application;

4. Financial personnel approval;

5. Cashier's refund;

6. Refunds enter the bank processing procedure.

Special note: all refunds are in the form of "back to the original road".

Description of arrival time

It takes about 3 working days to process the refund for the same trip, and the bank processing time depends on the payment method of the guests, as follows:

1. Pay the balance of Alipay and receive it immediately;

2. The online banking payment will arrive within 5- 10 working days;

3. Credit card payment, 10-25 working days;

4. It takes 3-5 working days for debit card remittance.
