Liu Bang, the hometown of Emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty, is located in Li Zhongyang, Fengxian County, Hanpei County (now in the ancient Chinese Ocean in the southwest of Fengxian County, Jiangsu Province). ) 1 Liu Bang Square is located in the center of the old city, designed by Nanjing Landscape Planning and Design Institute and implemented by County Planning Bureau.
