Fufeng Mountain, known as Taixiang Mountain in Liao Dynasty and Agui Mountain in Qing Dynasty, is now commonly known as Dongshan Mountain. Fufeng Mountain is located 3 kilometers southwest of Ruth Town, Toudao, and is a part of Dahushi tourist scenic spot composed of Wanger City, Fufeng Mountain and Shishan Mountain. The mountains are majestic, the peaks and caves are strange, and the scenery is beautiful.

Fufeng Mountain is high and steep. Looking from east to west, the whole mountain is like a lying phoenix, with its head in the east and its tail in the west, lying quietly and peacefully. Fufeng Mountain is steep and slow, and can be directly climbed from the southeast. The rocks are abrupt and the peaks and cliffs are steep. At the pass of Dongling Mountain, there is a huge granite stone with the words "Fufeng Mountain" engraved in Chinese, Manchu and Mongolian respectively. Smooth lines, simple and elegant knife method. On the platform not far from the mountain gate, there is a temple called Youfeng Mountain. Incense was once very popular, but it was destroyed in modern times, and now only the ruins of temples are left.

Stone Mountain, located on the east side of Fufeng Mountain, has five caves excavated in Liao Dynasty. Above the boulder is the "Foye Cavern", which leads north to "Xiangdong" along the steep stone stairs. It is the largest of the five caves, and there is an empty echo between talking and laughing. On the lower right of eastern Hunan is the "Niangniang Cave", in which there is a stone kang. On the left side of the cave is Mawang Cave. After crossing the Mawangye Cave, climb the narrow overpass and come to the "Eighteen Arhats Cave". Seen from a distance, these five caves are shaped like "needles". From a close distance, the doors and windows, Buddhist niches, flues, lamp nests and kang roads of each cave are neatly carved and breathtaking. As for what these five caves are for, there are different opinions. Some people say it's a place to live, others say it's a temple in a stone. This shows that the cave culture in the heyday of Qidan nationality is a microcosm. After the Liao Dynasty, gods have been enshrined here, and people who come here to burn incense and worship Buddha have been in an endless stream. On the fifteenth day of the fourth lunar month, people come here from all directions to burn incense and worship Buddha, praying for the gods to bless the good weather, the country and the people.

There is also a "ladder" leading to the back of the mountain and the foot of the mountain next to the cave. There are railings on both sides of the ladder, and the corners of the railings are still vivid. There is a well on the east side of eastern Hunan. The wellhead is 2.4m long and 2m wide. It is said that this was drilled by Xiao Taihou. From the well to the south, it is a flat land, where Haotian Temple was built in Liao Dynasty.

Over the Rocky Mountain is Wanger City, the main peak of Fufeng Mountain, with an altitude of 1270 meters. Wanger City is a military fortress in Liao Dynasty, with a castle built on it for military observation. Standing on Wanger City, you can see Sichuan Road leading to Pingquan, Hebei Province to the south, and Daming Pagoda, the old city of Zhongjing, to the east. Fufeng Mountain is surrounded by mountains and green trees, and the swift Heili River flows down from the foot of the mountain. The air is humid and the scenery is pleasant. It is a rare place to travel and climb mountains outside the Great Wall, especially the various legends are confusing, which adds a lot of attractive colors to Fufeng Mountain.
