3 1 1 Highland is a classic scenic spot for red tourism.

Located in the northwest of Shuikou Town, Longzhou County, Guangxi, 2 kilometers away from the seat of the town government, also known as "fengcun Fort". After the Sino-French War, Su Yuanchun, the border supervisor of Guangxi, spent nearly 20 years guarding the border and set up a series of national defense facilities such as customs, passes, trucks and forts on the Sino-Vietnamese border. Fengcun Fort was built in the 19th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1893), which is the largest of these facilities. Fort fengcun is 3 1 1 m above sea level. After 1979 entered the fort, a border guard in our country repaired, strengthened and expanded the original facilities, named it 3 1 1 highland, and there were 622 steps from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. With the normalization of Sino-Vietnamese relations, a border guard in China voluntarily withdrew from the 3 1 1 highland, leaving this precious national defense fortification and becoming an excellent place to carry out patriotic education. At present, 3 1 1 Highland has become a famous tourist attraction in Longzhou County, with complete parking, catering and entertainment facilities. Every holiday, a large number of tourists come to the scenic spot for tourism and leisure.
