Today, I'm going to introduce you to the 5A Taihang Grand Canyon in Linzhou, Henan Province (Taihang Grand Canyon in Shanxi Province, which just rose to 5A in 22).

Linzhou Taihang is located in the famous slate town at home and abroad in the canyon, and 1 of the 17 administrative villages in the town have been successfully selected into the list of traditional Chinese villages. They were selected as Chaoyang Village and Louzitou Village in the second batch of traditional villages in China in 213. The third batch of traditional villages in China: Caomiao Village, Liyuanping Village and Nanwan Village; In June 219, the fifth batch of traditional villages in China were successfully selected: Xianmagou Village, Dongwan Village, Shibanyan Village, Xixiangping Village and Gaojiatai Village.

Taihang Grand Canyon Scenic Area mainly includes three parts: Wangxiang Stone, Taohua Valley and Taihang Tianlu. Tickets for 12 yuan and transportation expenses for 6 yuan are valid for two days.

Wangxiang Stone Scenic Area is located with beautiful scenery and excellent geomantic omen. It is said that Fu Yue, a slave-born prime minister in Shang Dynasty, Zhao Dexiu, a Taoist priest in Ming Dynasty, and Xu Sanli, a military ministry in Qing Dynasty, all lived here.

Mountain climbing is the main scenic spot in Wangxiang Stone. Generally, when you enter the scenic spot, you will walk on the Soul Bridge to the left and return along the right side of the valley after going up the mountain, forming a loop.

The Swing Soul Bridge is a suspension bridge with iron cables. It is 5 meters long and 2 meters wide. Although the deck is not high, people wander around on it, and those who are timid can sway their souls, so it is named Swing Soul Bridge.

After getting off the Soul Bridge, there is a steep climbing road. Although it is not high, it is steep. If you are physically weak, you will run away on the spot. To the cliff is the zigzag plank road, and comrades with acrophobia can really experience a thrilling feeling. There is a sightseeing platform on the plank road, and you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of the Taihang Grand Canyon from a height.

After going up the barrel ladder, it is a path in the gap of the cliff. Because the gap of the cliff is too low, people have to bend over to pass. It is commonly known as "Xiaozi Cliff" locally, and there is a high-altitude sling ahead, which can slide from a few hundred meters high to the opposite cliff.

Surprisingly, there are two pavilions built on the cliff opposite the cliff, which is said to be the place where Taoist priests studied and practiced. In addition to the small scale, there is a feeling of hanging temple.

If you have enough strength, you can continue to walk up the steep and narrow steps and go straight to Taihang Mountain Road. You can also go down the road and take this side of the valley to form a loop out of the valley.

The mountain road is winding, the mountain stream is gurgling, and the male peaks on both sides are towering and beautiful. No wonder our ancestors chose such a place to live in seclusion.

after visiting Wangxiang Stone (it takes about 4-5 hours according to personal physical strength and play), you can return to the exit and take the scenic bus to Taohua Valley.

Taohua Valley is the key landscape of Taihang Grand Canyon, which is famous for its water. Huanglongtan in Feilong Gorge is green, clear, colorful and picturesque. Taohua Valley is named Taohua Valley, which is said to be because peach blossoms are in full bloom in the cold weather here on March 9th. There is a poem that says, "Peach blossoms bloom in the snow at the mouth of the cave, and Yantou Waterfall hangs in the clouds". From Taohua Valley to Taohuadong Village, there is a Taohua Fairy Cave and a Taohuatan Waterfall, which is 346 meters high. If it arrives in the flood season, it will be quite spectacular. Looking up from here, there is a hanging overpass right above the scenic spot, which is Tianji Mountain Scenic Spot in Shanxi. There is a path from the south side of Taohuatan Waterfall, but I don't know if it is still open.

From the parking lot of Taohuadong Village, you can travel around the whole Taihang Mountain Road by car. Taihang Tianlu twists and turns along the Taihang Ridge, and the whole journey is nearly 3 kilometers, so you can enjoy the scenery of Taihang Mountain. Several sightseeing stations on the way have beautiful scenery, and it is said that a new glass bridge has been built.

By the way, in the middle of the Taihang Mountain Road, there is also a scenic spot called Tai Chi Iceberg. If you have time, I personally suggest going for a walk. I have been there in my early years, and I feel it is worth seeing. I will get different results when I go there.
