Legal analysis: 1, must be registered at the actual address and have basic office facilities, such as computer, telephone, copy, etc. ;

2. Apply for the qualification of domestic travel agency with a registered capital of at least 300,000 yuan (subscribed). If you plan to upgrade to the qualification of international travel agency in the later stage, the registered capital must be 1.5 million yuan;

3. To apply for the qualification of a travel agency, the travel agency must have at least three tour guides, and provide tour guide certificates, labor contracts and social security records;

4. After obtaining the qualification of travel agency, the travel agency must pay a quality deposit of 200,000 yuan to the bank account set up by the Tourism Bureau within the specified time. This deposit cannot be taken out, and the travel agency can only get basic interest, which can only be taken out when the travel agency cancels;

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China establishes travel agencies to attract, organize and receive tourists and provide them with tourism services. It shall meet the following conditions, obtain the permission of the competent tourism department, and handle the industrial and commercial registration according to law:

(1) Having a fixed business place;

(2) Having necessary business facilities;

(3) Having registered capital that meets the requirements;

(4) Having necessary managers and tour guides;

(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
