To apply for a visa, you must provide the following materials. When necessary, the museum has the right to ask the applicant to provide other materials.

Passport: the validity period should be more than six months (from the date of entry), with at least one blank visa page. Submit a copy of passport photo page at the same time.

Form 14A Visa Application Form (original):

An application form filled in English and signed by the applicant. The application form can be downloaded online.

Color photos: two (one for posting on the form and one for scanning). Photos shall meet the following requirements:

Two-inch, color, three-month recent photo on white background;

Face bareheaded (if you wear hats or accessories according to special religions or customs, the hats or accessories must not obscure the applicant's facial features).

Chinese identity card: original and photocopy. (Note: For business visa applicants, only one copy is required. )

Visa fee (non-refundable): RMB 153 (please bring your own change).

Visa applicants must submit their applications in person. Except in the following cases:

Applicants under the age of 16 can be handled by their parents, but they need to show their birth certificate or household registration book and their parents' ID card (original and photocopy) that can prove their relationship;

If the applicant has retired or reached the age of 60, he can entrust others to handle it, but he must provide the original and photocopy of his retirement certificate and the power of attorney (indicating the client's name and ID number). The client must bring the original ID card and submit a copy;

Employment certificate:

If the applicant is an on-the-job employee, the original employment certificate issued by the company must be provided. The certification letter should indicate that the company agrees to leave the company, and specify the working hours, position and salary of the applicant in detail. On-the-job certification letter must list the company's address, telephone and fax numbers and relevant contacts. Letters must be stamped with official seals.

If the applicant is unemployed, he/she needs to provide documents to prove his/her personal financial situation, such as bank deposit certificate, real estate license, etc. (original and photocopy). There is no specific requirement for the amount of bank deposit certificate, but the date of bank issuance must be within 2 weeks from the date of visa application submission. This certificate should truly reflect your financial ability.

Household registration book: the applicant's household registration book (full copy, each page: original and copy). If it is a collective account, you can go to the police station to apply for the household registration certificate, and provide the original and copy.

In addition, other materials required to apply for a business visa are as follows:

Power of attorney: If I can't apply for a visa at the embassy in person, I need to issue a power of attorney, which should indicate the client's name and ID number (both in Chinese and English). The client must bring the original ID card and submit a copy. Even if you entrust the same person, please submit the power of attorney when applying for and receiving the visa.

Printed copy of business registration information of Singapore company: the latest printed copy of business registration information of Singapore company issued by Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Administration (http://www.acra.gov.sg), and the date of printing information shall not exceed 6 months from the date of submission. Applicants invited by Singapore government agencies and universities or attending exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore do not need to produce V39A form and business registration information of Singapore companies. The applicant only needs to submit the original invitation letter sent by the institution or organization to the applicant. The invitation letter must have the signature of the inviter of the institution or organization and the name of the applicant.

Original V39A Form (Letter of Introduction): A complete original completed in English by the representative of a registered company in Singapore. The letter must indicate the address, telephone number and fax number of the Singapore company, the company seal and Singapore identity card number, and the signature of the company representative.

Visa submission and collection time:
