Where is Yuexi River in Yibin?

Yibin Yuexi Provincial Scenic Area is located in Longxing Township, Yibin County, 35 kilometers away from the central area of Yibin County, in the center of Yibin County, downstream of Yuexi, with Le Yi expressway and Yiwei Cement Highway passing through, and west to the lower reaches of Minjiang River.

The landform in the scenic spot is shallow hills, the relative height of the mountain range is 50-100m, the altitude is 296-408m, the annual average temperature is 17.8℃, the flood is179.5cm, and the sunshine hours are1/kloc-0.

Yuexi provincial-level scenic spot has a long history and profound historical and cultural heritage, which can echo the bamboo sea in southern Sichuan, Shihaidong town and the hanging coffins from afar, forming a great tourist ring road in Yibin City. In the scenic spot, there are many scholars from Zhong Ling. Cheng, a scholar of Longtuge University in the Song Dynasty, Shi Yinziqiu in Henan Province in the Ming Dynasty, Fan Yiheng in Henan Province and Yin Renlan, a poetess in southern Sichuan, were all born here and studied at Panlong Academy in the scenic spot. Huang Tingjian, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, Fan Yuan, the first official of the Ming Dynasty, and Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty all visited the scenic spot. Zhu De, Xu, Yoo Ji Jeong, Jiang Shaofu, national hero Zhao Yiman, and Shanghai worker leader Liu Huazeng were early modern revolutionaries.

It used to be the center of Buddhist culture in southwest China. According to historical records, there are more than 100 temples within 60 square kilometers of the scenic spot, among which Qingming Temple is bigger than Baima Temple, which can be called "the first temple in China" and "the Buddhist capital of Southwest China" at that time. Because of this strange mountain and strange water, monks of all ages gathered. And formed a unique Buddhist culture, especially the unique burial method of monks after death-underground Tallinn Company, which is ten miles long and large in scale.
