According to the latest management method of risk zone delineation, inter-provincial tourism business activities are no longer linked to risk zones. Inter-provincial tourists must take inter-provincial transportation with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. In accordance with the requirements of "landing inspection" for migrant workers across provinces, we will actively guide tourists to take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing and promote the advancement of prevention and control barriers.

Continue to suspend travel agencies and online travel companies to operate inbound and outbound team tours and "air ticket+hotel" business. Land border crossings will not resume the city team tourism business for the time being.

Public cultural units and cultural tourism business units should strengthen health management, strengthen ventilation and disinfection in accordance with the unified arrangements of the local party committees and governments, dynamically regulate the number of people entering the market in accordance with the requirements of "limited, reserved and peak-shifting", and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement and negative certificate inspection of nucleic acid detection. A-level tourist attractions and star-rated tourist hotels should implement the main responsibility, and check the health code and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 72 hours for those who enter the scenic spot and stay in the hotel.

Public cultural units and cultural tourism business units shall strengthen the health monitoring and management of employees. Strictly carry out pre-job health code inspection and verification, resolutely prevent taking up jobs with illness, and timely grasp the health status and travel trajectory of employees. Strengthen the education and training of employees and improve their awareness and ability of scientific prevention. Employees shall conduct nucleic acid testing according to local epidemic prevention and control requirements.

Intensify the rectification of "one size fits all" and layer-by-layer overweight problems. Do a good job in the collection, transfer, verification and rectification of reporting clues. Strengthen the responsibilities of cultural and tourism administrative departments and industries at all levels, and strictly implement the unified national prevention and control policies. Cooperate with the joint prevention and control mechanism, increase the notification and public exposure of typical cases, and effectively play a deterrent role.

Cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in the resettlement, appeasement and rescue of stranded tourists. Formulate and improve the emergency plan for handling stranded tourists. Once tourists are stranded due to the epidemic, scientifically organize and implement the return work of stranded tourists according to the principles of classified policy, batch transshipment, safety and order, and prevention of spillover.
