It is estimated that the total investment of the whole line is about 654.38+03.3 billion yuan, which will become the longest expressway in our province and the longest coastal expressway in China since the founding of New China. In addition, "pro-sea" and "coastal" have become the main ideas for the construction of Binhai Avenue. Landscape greening projects with the theme of "pro-sea and offshore" have been implemented in typical sections of coastal highways in Suizhong, Dandong and Yingkou, so that people passing by here can not only feel the width of the road, but also be attracted by the beautiful environment on both sides of the road. The biggest function of Binhai Avenue is to "thread the needle" and form a transportation network that radiates inside and outside the province. According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Communications Department, Binhai Avenue connects the logistics and people flow in the coastal areas and surrounding provinces of our province in series through rapid traffic, connecting the central loop lines of Shen Dan, Shenyang and Shenyang in the province, and connecting Jilin, Hebei and Inner Mongolia outside the province.
