She and her disciples founded an orphan school named "Ai" next to Mituo Temple in Ganxian County, which provided an environment for nearly 4 children who lost their parents to learn and grow up healthily.

Over the past few years, she has collected dozens of tons of poverty-relief clothes for poverty-stricken areas and disaster-stricken areas and sent more than one million yuan in poverty-relief funds.

She led her disciples to change the tradition that monks in monasteries depend on state funds and charity for their livelihood. They walked out of the temple gate, filled ditches and cultivated fields, planted food and vegetables, developed orchards and made their own living.

In the master's study, we tasted snacks, dried fruits and corn made by the temple, talked with Master Guo Xuan about life, enlightened ourselves, consciously understood him, and listened to the philosophy and wisdom of life.

Master Guo Xuan personally cooked six dishes for us, cooked noodles, made homemade pickles, set up a small table in the yard, and experienced Buddhist vegetarian food, which made the surrounding tourists and pilgrims envious.

The food here is green food cultivated by disciples in the temple and refined from natural mountain springs in Zhong Nanshan.

The master of metaphysics is profound, eloquent and humorous. Master Xuan showed his meditation and sentiment on life everywhere in his speech, which made us feel the true meaning of life and Buddhist understanding and sentiment on life in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Master Guo Xuan told us to study and write quietly and not to pay attention to personal right or wrong. In particular, she told me that "yes" is a tongue that grows around the feet; No, it's leek without roots. Therefore, if there is no root, listening is meaningless, let alone disturbing your mind.

Master Xuanzang also told us that grasping the present is grasping life. She said that life is a one-way ticket, there is no turning back, and we should cherish every day. She wants us to love our parents, our motherland, our society and everything around us.

When we reluctantly bid farewell to Master Guo Xuan when he went down the mountain, I couldn't help looking back and feeling the Zen language of the master, the taste of Zen tea and vegetarian food, which made me feel relaxed.
