If you need a stable income urgently, you should be careful to enter the tourism industry this year. Another destination for graduates majoring in tourism management is hotels. Most of my classmates work in hotels and are greatly affected by the epidemic, but their wages can be slightly stable. So you must choose the major of tourism management according to your actual situation. If you want to find a job, the most choices are travel agencies and hotels, and the first job I chose after graduation was homestay.

B&B is similar to a hotel, but there are more differences. A formal B&B will require your service to meet the standards of the hotel, but it will be more humane than the hotel. I have been to B&B and hotels. In the hotel, its positioning is clear. You just need to do your job well, and the contact time with the guests is very short. In the homestay, your responsibilities will not be so clear, and you will have more contact with the guests. If you have the ability, these guests may become your helpers in the future.

I worked in B&B for a year, and I think B&B will give me a feeling of home. The leaders inside get along well with their colleagues, and the grades are not so clear. If you work hard, you will learn more than in a hotel, but the difference between B&B and a hotel is that the promotion mechanism is not clear, the benefits are average, and the working hours are more flexible. If you want to develop for a long time, the hotel will be better. I haven't been to a travel agency, so I won't comment on the work there.
