Why do stars like to travel to Japan?

Without war and history, I don't know how good Japan would be in my heart. The essence of China's Tang Dynasty culture has been well preserved and prevailed in Japan, which makes me full of yearning for Kyoto.

The Japanese attitude towards culture is not only rigorous but also difficult to pass on. There are countless century-old shops in many urban areas of Japan. This time-honored store is not only an economic issue, but also a kind of culture and feelings.

In China, many old shops have been demolished by developers, even some old streets and ancient buildings. But war and history can never be erased, but for today's young people, especially after the 1990s, the popularity of traveling to Japan has never been weakened by history. In addition, many stars like to travel to Japan, which has attracted many young fans' yearning for going to Japan to some extent.

But I have to admit that the attitude of the Japanese towards culture alone is admirable. Just like a bowl of Lamian Noodles, this food culture is insignificant compared with China. But the historical origin of this bowl of Lamian Noodles took place in Zhonghua Street. The so-called Zhonghua Street is where China people live!

Japanese cartoons are the most common in China, among which cartoons from Miyazaki Hayao are particularly popular. So much so that China's "Big Fish Begonia" is said to imitate Miyazaki Hayao's painting style. Even the recent "Great Protector" cannot escape being commented by netizens as imitating Miyazaki Hayao. What a pity. What a pity. Obviously, I hate Japan. Why do some people think that their culture is imitating Japan?

In fact, many Japanese cultures are derived from China's culture and elements, so the two countries are very similar in cultural level. But in the final analysis, most Japanese culture still belongs to China. Many of Miyazaki Hayao's painting styles have elements of China. Maybe this is why stars like to travel to Japan.

I have also been to Japan several times, and I am impressed by Japanese architectural culture every time, and I can deeply see the shadow of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. About Japan, apart from culture, its diet-ramen is more attractive to me than sashimi.

Is Lamian Noodles really that delicious? No, the moment I walked into Lamian Noodles. Lamian Noodles's furnishings and designs, which are not big or even crowded, are all so diverse elements of oriental culture. Although it is said that Japanese ramen restaurant is full of Japanese characteristics, you can tell at a glance whether it is Japanese or not. But the wooden house style always makes people find the clues of China culture. And a bowl of Lamian Noodles is more reminiscent of China and Lamian Noodles.

I specially found a ramen restaurant with a good reputation in Fukuoka, called "a pair". When a couple ate Lamian Noodles, although they were full of expectations for Japanese Lamian Noodles, they were still caught off guard. Although the name of the Lamian Noodles side dish served in Lamian Noodles is "Chinese Cabbage", it is actually similar to the sauerkraut in China, and the taste is so similar.

Lamian Noodles tastes completely different. The meat in the bowl is thin and tender, like bacon, but you can't feel the tenacity of the meat with a bite, but it's delicious.

Later, when I was traveling in Nagasaki, I took my friends to find a ramen restaurant. Actually, I think Japanese Lamian Noodles is very delicious. Their attitude towards work is very strict and serious. So you don't have to worry about which Lamian Noodles is particularly delicious or which Lamian Noodles is particularly bad. The taste of Lamian Noodles seems to be similar. I ate the same taste twice. In my opinion, noodle soup is the best and the second side dish.

But I didn't expect to see fried dumplings in the ramen restaurant when I was in Nagasaki. Authentic China fried dumplings ―― no matter the color, shape or taste, they are exactly the same as the fried dumplings I usually eat.

I began to wonder whether fried dumplings in ramen restaurant are a Japanese snack or originated from China cuisine. As for Lamian Noodles itself, many foodies should be dissatisfied ―― after all, compared with Lamian Noodles and China, the tastes and ingredients are simply varied, but why is a bowl of Japanese Lamian Noodles so popular? Even in China, Japanese ramen is very common. If we want to trace the history of Japanese Lamian Noodles, it must be related to China culture.

Lamian Noodles was introduced to Japan from Chinatown in Yokohama more than 0/00 years ago. What does Chinatown mean? I'm sure everyone knows. Later, in order to cater to Japanese tastes, a series of reforms and changes were carried out, which became the most grounded and representative popular food in this country.

A bowl of thick soup, noodles are not enough to stick to every rib of thick soup. Smoked barbecued pork with pickled tender bamboo shoots and a handful of chives can surround the whole narrow and crowded ramen restaurant, which is full of satisfaction.

Plus boiled eggs, seaweed and red ginger, it's simply too exciting. A bowl of authentic Japanese Lamian Noodles can be divided into: fabric, side dishes, soup base, essence and seasoning.

At this time, I can probably guess that the two bowls of Lamian Noodles meat I ate in Fukuoka and Nagasaki should be smoked barbecued pork. However, although there are not many kinds of Japanese Lamian Noodles, they are divided very finely. There are three kinds of fabrics: plain noodles, udon noodles and buckwheat noodles. Side dishes can be divided into: barbecued pork noodles, Wonton Noodles noodles, sparerib noodles and so on. As far as soup materials are concerned, there are four soup systems: sauce noodles, miso noodles, pork bone (dolphin bone) noodles and salty noodles.

Among them, Lamian Noodles with soy sauce flavor is the most popular in Japan. Soy sauce is a kind of sauce, which can be used to flavor the soup base in Lamian Noodles. There are many kinds: thick soy sauce with strong color and mellow taste, thin soy sauce with light appearance, smooth soy sauce made of miso, almost colorless white soy sauce and some processed soy sauce made of soy sauce. Among them, the soy sauce made by miso is my personal favorite. But among the four soup systems, my favorite is miso Lamian Noodles. It is said that this miso Lamian Noodles has a history of 60 years in the hundred-year history of Lamian Noodles, and it feels great.

The legend of salty Lamian Noodles comes from Lamian Noodles, a resident of China in Nanjing Street, Yokohama. A bowl of salty Lamian Noodles is just like a bowl of vegetarian soup and noodles that China ate.

But in fact, Lamian Noodles and Lamian Noodles are very different, China. Lamian Noodles in China is usually hand-made Lamian Noodles, while Lamian Noodles in Japan is usually cut with a knife, and the most common one is the dough press.

Furthermore, Lamian Noodles likes to use alkaline water to make noodles more elastic, but Lamian Noodles in most parts of China still doesn't like it. Although Lanzhou beef noodles also use alkaline water, they are not as strong as Japanese Lamian Noodles beef noodles. But in my opinion, Lanzhou beef noodles are much more delicious than Lamian Noodles in Japan, and of course Japanese beef noodles are not bad.

From the difference between noodles and soup, the soup in Lamian Noodles is the soul of a bowl of Lamian Noodles. In fact, the function of soup plays a soul-like role in any bowl of noodles. Only in Japan is this more obvious. Actually, I'm a stranger to Lamian Noodles culture in Japan, but according to my investigation, the Japanese should do everything to the best.

It is said that there is a god-like figure in Japan who can spend half his life studying a bowl of white rice, but it is not known how delicious that bowl of white rice is. It is said that people queuing in front of the door every day are like long queues.

But as for Lamian Noodles, although I like eating it very much, history cannot be changed. I just want to cherish and pass on my own culture and elements, even though they have been left far away.
