What are the business scopes of travel companies?

A tourism company refers to an enterprise engaged in tourism business for profit. The tourism business mentioned in these Regulations refers to the business activities of handling exit, entry and visa formalities for tourists, soliciting and receiving tourists, and arranging accommodation and other paid services for tourists.

1. To set up a travel agency, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having a fixed business place;

(2) Having necessary business facilities;

(3) Operators who have been trained and hold qualification certificates issued by the tourism administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the provincial, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government;

(4) It has registered capital and quality deposit that meet the requirements of Articles 7 and 8 of these Regulations.

2. The registered capital shall meet the following requirements:

(a) the registered capital of the international travel agency is not less than 654.38 yuan+500,000 yuan;

(two) domestic travel agencies, the registered capital of not less than 300 thousand yuan.

The tourism administrative department shall, within 30 days from the date of receiving the application, make a decision of approval or disapproval, and notify the applicant.

Article 12 The tourism administrative department shall issue the Travel Agency Business License to the applicant who has been examined and approved, and the applicant shall obtain the business license from the administrative department for industry and commerce with the Travel Agency Business License.

Those who have not obtained the Travel Agency Business License shall not engage in tourism business.

Thirteenth travel agencies to change the scope of business, should be approved by the original examination and approval of the tourism administrative department, the administrative department for Industry and Commerce for registration of change.

The travel agency changes its name, business premises, legal representative, etc. , or out of business, it shall go through the corresponding change registration or cancellation registration with the administrative department for industry and commerce, and file with the original examination and approval of the tourism administrative department.
