When traveling, do you take heavy SLR equipment or take travel photos directly with your mobile phone?

When I travel, I will choose to take photos with a convenient mobile phone instead of carrying a bulky SLR camera or a simple digital camera. Traveling with digital and SLR cameras was something I liked to do many years ago. At that time, I thought the camera was respectable and the photos taken by the camera were beautiful.

But with the growth of age, the use of cameras has become less and less. Maybe the SLR camera at home has been useless for many years and is about to be scrapped! I don't like to take my camera when I go out for the following reasons:

First, the camera is too heavy to carry. Compared with the small and convenient mobile phone, it is really inconvenient to carry a camera now. Especially after having children, the camera basically bid farewell to our lives.

Many times when traveling, you just need to bring your mobile phone; On the one hand, traveling with children will bring a lot of extra items; On the other hand, because the camera is inconvenient to carry, it may be lost or damaged if it is not careful in the later stage. So the camera is no longer the darling of our family. It's been useless for a long time.

Second, the rapid development of mobile phone camera function. In the past, everyone liked cameras, because the camera function of mobile phones was backward and the pixels were cloudy. With the development of science and technology, the pixels of mobile phones are getting higher and higher, and many mobile phones can also capture the pixels and feelings of SLR cameras.

Under such circumstances, few people are willing to take their cameras out to play. After all, simple clothes are more suitable for comfortable play. Digital cameras, which may have been all the rage, are gradually losing their market because of the rise of mobile phone pixels.

Of course, this does not mean that cameras do not have their own market. Now cameras are more suitable for professional photographers. For them, only SLR can meet their shooting needs. So they won't consider ordinary digital cameras, let alone their own mobile phones.
