Internal organizations of Beijing Municipal Tourism Bureau

Based on the above responsibilities, the Municipal Tourism Bureau has 10 functional departments and office party committees and veteran cadre departments.

(1) Office

Responsible for the government affairs of the agency; responsible for official document processing, information, motions, suggestions, proposals, letters and visits, files, confidentiality, reception and liaison, and compilation of travel journals. (4) Domestic Market Development Department

Responsible for the development and promotion of the domestic tourism market; promoting special tourism such as international conferences, exhibitions and incentive travel; developing new tourism routes, new products; responsible for the production of tourism promotional materials and audio-visual products; guiding and managing the news and publicity work in this industry; guiding district and county tourism festival activities.

(5) Planning and Statistics Department

Study and propose the medium- and long-term plans and annual plans for the city’s tourism development, and organize their implementation; be responsible for tourism statistics and analysis, and research and provide domestic and foreign Tourism statistical information organizes a census of the city's tourism resources; coordinates related work on tourism facility construction and tourist area (spot) development and utilization projects; and guides the tourism industry's investment promotion work.

(6) Hotel and Catering Management Office

(7) Comprehensive Management Office

(8) Safety and Security Department

Coordinate and manage the city's tourism safety work; guide, supervise and inspect the fire protection, public security and national security work of tourism enterprises; assist relevant departments in the investigation of tourism accidents Conduct investigations and processing; participate in arranging security work for major tourism activities.

(9) Finance Department

Implement the financial system and management methods of the tourism industry issued by the state; be responsible for the financial statistics of the tourism industry; be responsible for the special use of the city’s tourism development funds and the management of agency funds ;Guide the financial work of directly affiliated units.

(10) Personnel and Education Department

Responsible for the personnel management of this agency and directly affiliated units; formulating the talent demand plan for the city's tourism industry and organizing its implementation; implementing the professional qualifications of tourism employees System and hierarchy; guide adult education and job training in the tourism industry; guide the work of educational institutions in the tourism industry.

Organization Party Committee. Responsible for the party and mass work of this agency and directly affiliated units.

Veteran Cadres Department. Responsible for the management of retired personnel of the agency and directly affiliated units. Discipline inspection and supervision agencies shall be stationed in accordance with relevant regulations.
