Feel the love of volunteer prose

With the call of history, the needs of society and the expectation of the soul, finally one day, the horizon is like spring thunder. Five years ago, Huichang Volunteers Association emerged from the cocoon and turned into a butterfly.

I returned to Huichang again. This time, I spent 24 hours with volunteers in Huichang.

In my opinion, it is necessary to record what I saw and heard on this trip and what touched my heart the most, so that the spirit of volunteerism can be passed down all the time!

That was the first day I got a call from Zeng Pengfei (civilized class teacher in Huichang County). It was already past eleven o'clock at noon. On the phone, Zeng Pengfei told me that the volunteers of Huichang will hold a fifth anniversary celebration party tonight, and invited me to go back and have a look and help them write an article.

This is what Zeng Pengfei meant and what Liu Hongxia meant. Liu Hongxia is the vice president of Huichang Volunteers Association and a staff member of Huichang Land and Resources Bureau. A few months ago, we met at Xiaomi Liao Zubin's home, and I witnessed her go deep into the rural community to carry out volunteer activities after work.

For Huichang, for Huichang volunteers, for Huichang cultural activities, there is a deep affection pulling me, so I agreed without much hesitation. In the afternoon, when people got on the bus in Ganzhou, they received a phone call from Liu Hongxia asking about the itinerary. I felt their concern for the celebration.

Two hours' drive, I set foot on Huichang's land at 4 pm. Castle Peak still exists, the sun still rises and the sunset still sets. I just went to the Tourism Bureau and received the red "award certificate" and three old heads. I won the third prize in a tourism essay competition, but I never got it.

Before going to the Tourism Bureau, I passed the Huichang Theatre and saw many "red jackets" (volunteers) gathered outside the door. Some scenes were set in red and green. At that moment, I felt that the celebration dinner was coming to me step by step. ...

It's not too far to walk from CPPCC to the county Committee, just cross two short streets and an ancient Buyun Bridge. At five o'clock, at the gate of the county, I met Zeng Pengfei. He stood by the roadside and had a close conversation with two men. One of them is Mr. Liang Xiaoming, a caring person I know in Shenzhen. The other is a thin middle-aged man with a Chinese face and simple appearance. Later, I knew it was Li Jiansheng, president of Huichang Volunteers Association.

After greeting, Zeng Pengfei and I got on Li Jiansheng's car, a silvery white car, and drove south. Zeng Pengfei introduced my situation on the crazy bus. Li Jiansheng drove carefully and suddenly got excited again. He said: "Peng, I read your article" Cool Summer ",which is true and delicate in description and precise in wording ..." After listening to it, I was very pleased. "Cool Summer" is a documentary essay written several months ago for the volunteer activities in Huichang. The article was published and reprinted on 40 or 50 websites at home and abroad (mainly in China), and also won the third place in the online weekly prose list.

When young people leave home and old people come back, there is no reason for the local accent to lose its temples. After leaving for more than ten years, Huichang has experienced great changes in urban and rural areas. Cities on both sides of the Xiangjiang River have miraculously sprung up, and the loess high slopes in the past have disappeared. After crossing the fiery Moon Bay New Town and the Xiangjiang New Bridge, we soon arrived at the new Shigangyuan Hotel. A sumptuous dinner is going on, and the dining table is full of volunteer representatives from all directions, including counties in southern Jiangxi, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Everyone comes from all corners of the country and gathers together for a common ideal. Seeing this scene, I feel infinite, and a warm current stirs in my heart. ...

After dinner, Zeng Pengfei and others and I drove back to Huichang Theatre. This is a world-famous art hall. Not long ago, Mr. Lai Shengchuan, a master of Huichang drama, came here and premiered Love Triangle for three days, which was sold out and caused a sensation in the domestic media. When I went in, I also noticed that there were posters used in past performances on the wall. This is a three-story theater with an ancient camphor tree standing upright at the door. The trunk of the big camphor tree is thick and swaying, standing in the cold wind, silently welcoming the arrival of guests from all directions. The bright red door has long been lined up, like the host's bright pink smiling face. Numerous banners hung down, tightly wrapped around the floor, and the whole theater was filled with a thick festive atmosphere. There are several groups of posters on the open space in front of the door, with pictures and words, a list of caring enterprises and caring people, and some information about caring enterprises. Donations from all sides range from tens of thousands to hundreds. Love, big or small, is like a stream, trickling down and merging into a big river. The program of this celebration banquet is simply a spray on the river!

At 7: 30, the theater hall became lively, the county leaders came, the guests came, the actors came, the cameraman came, and all the passers-by came. In front of the stage, the overhead camera was erected and the atmosphere was as hot as launching a satellite. The cameraman waited on one side early, his expression awed and his eyes bright. The stage lights are flashing, the audience is silent, and a big drama is about to be staged.

In the center of the stage, the three presenters are exquisitely dressed, with myriad manners and light steps. In the cheerful melody, a wonderful drama began. The dance steps of youth whirled in time, the wonderful songs echoed in mid-air, and the audience was fascinated and immersed in a rich artistic atmosphere. After the group dance, the hostess Zou personally went into battle, and a song "Love between Heaven and Earth" was performed very professionally, with crisp singing, sweet and pure sound quality and great appeal. Zou's deep and melodious singing quickly ignited the passion of the audience. The sign language "I wish you peace" expresses a blessing, which makes people truly feel the true feelings of the world. Chen Ming, the director of the party, also appeared. He deeply recited the poem "Love Mother" and told the story of Liu Hongxia. Subsequently, Liu Hongxia, the prototype of loving mother, took to the stage and accepted a live interview with Chen Ming. Among them, there is a thin girl. It is reported that she is an orphan in Massachusetts. Many years ago, she unfortunately lost her parents. The girl became the eldest in the family, and two brothers and sisters and three sisters lived together. It is conceivable that their life is miserable. Over the years, Liu Hongxia often took time to visit them, send money and things, care about their daily lives, and give them a lot of encouragement and help. Liu Hongxia's selfless and broad love illuminates her family life and deeply touches many people around her. She was praised as "loving mother" by volunteers and villagers. Liu Hongxia's touching story touched the audience. The scene was silent, and then applause thundered. At that moment, the audience burst into tears. ...

Giving awards to caring enterprises has enabled us to witness and know many caring and socially responsible entrepreneurs. Their generosity and active support for social welfare undertakings make us awe and moved! Among caring entrepreneurs, there are two people I am familiar with: Wang He and Zhu Weichun. Here, I would like to express my deep respect to them and every caring entrepreneur!

A party conveys not only love and being loved, but also the desire to pursue the light of culture and beauty. Huichang Volunteers Association, as a mass organization with no economic resources, is a pioneer spirit of being the first in the world and pioneering and innovating, which is worth promoting and learning!

I spent a sleepless night in Huichang County. The next morning, I hit the new hotel in Shigangyuan, and more than a dozen cars set off in a mighty way. The destination was Dongtou Township. Posters of volunteers are posted on both sides of the car body, which is very eye-catching from a distance. Deep in the green hills, bamboo forests are swaying, mountain roads are winding, and black sheep are wandering. From the waves to the depths of the white clouds, from Huichang Theatre to Dongtou Township Cultural Square, a series of wonderful performances will be copied again.

Waiting here is Liu Zhifu, deputy secretary of Dongtou Township Party Committee. His resolute face, solemn expression and calm style immediately reminded me of the revolutionary pioneer Liu Zhidan. Liu Zhifu told me that Dongtou has been approved as the first rural tourism demonstration township in Huichang. Students crowded the square, sitting on small stools one by one, eagerly waiting for the start of the program. On the edge of the square, there are also many grandmothers and grandmothers in nursing homes. Through their anxious eyes, I can find that people in mountain villages are in urgent need of culture.

The sky is still gloomy, the sun is still lazy, and still hides half of her face in front of us behind her guitar. Volunteers from all over the country stood in countless columns to watch the performance. Six members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team were dressed in sky-blue uniforms, domes of the same color and hands behind their backs. Their standing posture is rigorous, like a pine tree standing upright and striking.

Compared with last night, the program was equally wonderful, but due to time and personnel constraints, the number of programs was reduced. From the sincere eyes of the villagers and the slow pace of leaving, we can imagine that everything we do is what they want and expect!

Here comes the cake! Fairsnow Cake Shop in Huichang gives out cakes for free, and the children enjoy it with a piece in their hands. Representatives of caring entrepreneurs-Wang, Zhu Weichun also came. They came to show their products, that is, rice noodles and dried beans in exquisite gift boxes.

At the end of the activity, the dark clouds dispersed, the sun smiled, and all kinds of light were projected, illuminating every inch of the cave head. For a special lunch, the conference room was turned into a temporary dining hall. Unconsciously, human feelings became stronger, friendship blended and the soul sublimated. ...

That afternoon, I took Ou Xiaoqing's car back to the city. Ou Xiaoqing is also a volunteer. The winding and rugged mountain road is a great test of driving skills. Ou Xiaoqing is skilled in driving and the steering wheel is like an embroidery needle. After talking, I know that his wife is engaged in the engineering construction industry.

I deeply feel that the activities of volunteers are far more than just helping others to give love. They can also promote social harmony, cultivate civilized fashion and narrow the distance between people!

Returning to Ganzhou after the trip, the documentary essay "Feeling the Love of Volunteers" was hard to come out. A stone fell to the ground and I relaxed wholeheartedly. I'm thinking: I don't know how long it will take before I can go back and meet those lovely volunteer friends.
