Don't. According to Ctrip Travel official website, as of August 23rd, 2023, Anshan 2 19 Park does not need tickets. 2 19 Park is located in the east of Anshan city center, Liaoning province. It was built during the Japanese Puppet War and was named "Xushan Park" at that time. There are also two famous buildings in the park: Jade Buddha Temple (formerly known as Jade Buddha Garden) and Anshan Museum.
