Can I apply for a passport in different places in Hangzhou?
1. Those who are not registered in Zhejiang Province and meet the requirements of applying for a certificate in different places can apply for a full type of ordinary passport and a full type of mainland certificate in this city, but they are not allowed to apply for a blank certificate of Hong Kong and Macao Pass and a travel endorsement.
note: it is not acceptable for special post applicants to apply for entry and exit certificates across provinces and different places.
2. Non-Hangzhou household registration personnel in Zhejiang Province who meet the requirements for obtaining permits in different places can apply for all types of ordinary passports, all types of mainland certificates, Hong Kong and Macao passes and group travel endorsements in this city.
3. People who are not registered in Hangzhou can apply for a travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and a business endorsement in this city. Non-Hangzhou household registration personnel can apply for a travel permit to and from Taiwan and be invited to Taiwan for endorsement in this city. Materials to be submitted when applying for a travel permit in different places
(For travel permits and other types of endorsements, please refer to the Notes and provide corresponding materials as required)
(1) Conditions for non-Zhejiang household registration personnel to apply for a passport: < p
(2) Submit the applicant's original ID card and household registration book and submit a copy (children under the age of 16 may not submit ID cards);
(3) Submit the original ID cards and household registration books of residents in this city and submit copies;
(4) Submit the supporting materials (marriage certificate or birth certificate, etc.) that can prove the relationship between the spouse and minor children and the residents of this city, and submit a copy.
2. Application for employment and study in Hangzhou:
(1) Application form;
(2) Submit the original ID card and household registration book of the applicant and submit a copy;
(3) The employed person shall submit the original proof of continuous and normal payment of social insurance in Hangzhou for more than one year, which is confirmed by the social security department (not less than 12 months from the last month of the application month, and the overdue or unpaid payment shall not be regarded as continuous and normal payment);
(4) Students (students over 16 years old who are normally enrolled in the full-time general higher education program) are required to submit the original proof of attendance issued by the institution (with the official seal of the school).
3. Application for employment without local household registration, spouse of school-going personnel and children under the age of 16:
(1) Application form;
(2) Submit the applicant's original ID card and household registration book and submit a copy (children under the age of 16 may not submit ID cards);
(3) The original ID card of the employed and studying personnel who meet the requirements of the preceding paragraph 2 and submit a copy, as well as relevant certification materials (referring to the employment and studying certificates);
(4) Submit the supporting materials (marriage certificate or birth certificate, etc.) that can prove the relationship between spouse and minor children and employment and school attendance, and submit a copy;
(5) Submit the original temporary (residential) residence permit of this city, which is still valid, and submit a copy (more than 6 months (inclusive) from the date of issuance); Minors under the age of 16 must have registered the information of their roommates on the temporary (residential) residence certificate of the employed and educated personnel who meet the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and at the same time the temporary (residential) residence period has expired for 6 months.
4. Application for persons who are over 6 years old and have lived in Hangzhou for more than 6 months (inclusive):
(1) Application form;
(2) Submit the original ID card and household registration book of the applicant and submit a copy;
(3) Submit the original temporary (residential) residence permit of this city, which is still valid, and submit a copy (more than 6 months (inclusive) from the date of issuance);
5. For those who have stayed in Hangzhou for more than 6 months (inclusive), they should apply for (reissue) ordinary passports, mainland residents' passes to and from Taiwan and similar endorsements to Taiwan again:
(1) Application form;
(2) Submit the original ID card and household registration book of the applicant and submit a copy;
(3) The original and photocopy of the original certificate must be submitted for renewal;
(4) Submit the original of the applicant's temporary (residential) residence permit in this city, which is still valid, and submit a copy (it has been more than 6 months (inclusive) since the date of issuance).
(2) Four specific objects and acceptance conditions for non-Hangzhou household registration personnel in Zhejiang Province to apply for passports and mainland residents' travel passes to and from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao passes and group travel endorsements (Hong Kong and Macao individual travel endorsements are not allowed):
1. Application form;
2. Original ID card and household registration book of the applicant and submit a copy;
3. The original and photocopy of the original certificate must be submitted when the certificate is renewed (it is not required to be submitted for the first time);
4. The personnel applying for special posts shall submit the opinions of the competent personnel department;
5. Submit the original temporary (residential) residence permit in this city that is still valid and submit a copy (it has been more than 6 months (inclusive) since the date of issuance);
6. If the temporary (residential) residence permit is less than 6 months (inclusive), and it meets the requirements of (1), (2) and (3), you can also provide relevant materials and apply.

if a non-local resident applies for an entry-exit certificate in a different place, the applicant should bring the above-mentioned materials and go through the application formalities at the exit-entry management permit window of the nearest public security bureau and county (city) public security bureau.

China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country.
