Where is Dahongzhai Scenic Area?

1 Dahongzhai Scenic Area is located in Lushan Town, the northwest border of Yuzhou City, Henan Province. It is a famous historical and cultural city and an excellent tourist city. It is known as the "Summer Capital, Porcelain Capital and Medicine Capital". The scenic spot is 36 square kilometers, belonging to the Song-Jishan mountain system. It is a typical country with complex geological landforms, scattered human landscapes and beautiful natural landscapes. 2. Dahong Village, also known as Wofo Mountain, is1156m above sea level. It was named after Da Hong, an important official of the Yellow Emperor, who built the village here. It is known as "the first village in China", "the roof of Liancheng" and "the ancestor of Wanshan" in Yuzhou. Located at the junction of Zhengzhou Dengfeng, Xuchang Yuzhou and Ruzhou, it is said that "one step across three counties". Taking Yongquan River as the boundary, it is naturally divided into two regions: north and south. Its mountains are majestic and beautiful, and the mountains are overlapping, towering and spectacular, echoing the Songshan Mountain in Zhongyue. There are two peaks, namely Star Tower and Kela Stack (Recreation Stack), which are distributed in a triangle with Dahongzhai. One is steep and straight, and the other is open and flat at the top.

These scenic spots are either hanging on cliffs, hidden in virgin forests, entrenched in ravines, or inserted with wings at the summit.
