1. Submission rules:

1. The exhibition is open to all Chinese nationals aged 18-40 (according to the definition of "youth" given by the All-China Youth Federation) , that is, photographers and photography enthusiasts born between January 1, 1977 and December 31, 1999 are soliciting submissions.

2. The exhibition is divided into the main unit and the mobile phone photography unit. (The submitted works must indicate the main unit or mobile phone photography unit in the text description)

3. Main unit photography works and mobile phone photography unit, single or group photos are not limited (group photos are limited to 4-9 photos) , no limit to black and white or color. The shooting equipment in the mobile phone photography unit is limited to mobile phones, regardless of brand.

5. For each contributor, the total number of submissions for photography works in the main unit is no more than 10, the total number of multimedia works in the main unit is no more than 10, and the total number of submissions for mobile phone photography is no more than 10. There must be no overlap between the photography submissions for the main unit and the mobile phone photography unit. Note: Each single photographic work/each group photographic work/each multimedia work is regarded as one work.

6. Each work needs to be accompanied by a description of the work (such as shooting time, location, event or background, etc.), limited to 140 words.

3. Selection method:

1. Main unit: 8 mentor judges will be set up to select 80 candidates simultaneously. Each mentor judge will designate two candidates as "New Photographers Recommended by Mentors", give judges' comments on their works, announce them in the media, and provide them with long-term guidance. The remaining 64 selected candidates are "potential new photographers".

2. Mobile Photography Unit: 5 mentor judges will be set up to select 30 candidates together. Each judge designates two shortlisted candidates as "New Talents in Mobile Photography Recommended by Mentors", gives judges' comments on their works, announces them in the media, and provides them with long-term guidance. The remaining 20 selected candidates are "new mobile photography talents".

4. Honors for selection:

1. New photographers recommended by mentors and new mobile photographers recommended by mentors will be invited to participate in the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the Youth Photography Forum and the organizing committee. Invite well-known photography experts and scholars to hold photography workshops.

2. The winners of the new photographers recommended by the tutors and the new mobile photographers recommended by the tutors will be guided by the judges to complete a set of works within 12 months after the opening ceremony, and the organizer will select the best ones and publish them in the media.

3. The selected works will be exhibited on tour across the country and in colleges and universities, and will also be exhibited long-term on the Chinese Photographers Association website and the Beijing Photography Correspondence College website, and in "Chinese Photography" and "Popular Photography" " and "China Photography News" and other authoritative newspapers and magazines in the Chinese photography industry.

4. The selected works will be compiled and published in a portfolio, and the multimedia works will be burned into a CD and presented with the portfolio. The portfolio will be given to each selected candidate.

5. The outstanding works of new photographers recommended by 26 instructors and new mobile photographers recommended by instructors will have an independent display unit in the next, the 4th National Youth Photography Exhibition.
