According to Thai media reports, on June 5438+February 2 1 2020, Bangkok Mayor Asayun signed the latest Announcement on Prevention and Control Measures for COVID-19 Epidemic, stipulating that four types of places, such as markets and entertainment venues, should strengthen prevention and control measures for COVID-19, and activities with more than 300 people should be reported to the government in advance.
Details of the announcement are as follows:
In view of the current epidemic situation in COVID-19, the following prevention and control measures are formulated in order to prevent and control the epidemic situation in COVID-19, according to the discussion and decision of Bangkok Epidemiology Committee:
1. The following places shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 promulgated in this announcement:
Market, mobile market, fair
park
Temples, churches or other religious sites
Entertainment places: bar, nightclub, KTV.

Operators or event organizers of the above-mentioned places, or managers of other means of transportation, entertainment places, stadiums and public places, or managers of activities with high epidemic risk such as gathering and close contact with a large number of people, shall implement the following measures:
Set up temperature or respiratory disease detection points.
Remind people present to wear masks.
Keep a social distance of at least 1 m and limit the number of participants.
Set up hand washing points and provide soap or alcohol gel and disinfectant.
Clean up the site before, during and after the activity.
Set up registration points and urge people to use tracking software designated by the government.
For large-scale activities with more than 3,300 people, it is necessary to submit the activity flow chart and COVID-19 prevention and control measures to the Bangkok Municipal Health Bureau in advance.
Those who fail to implement COVID-19's prevention and control measures may be suspected of violating the provisions of Article 18 of the Emergency Law of Buddhism 2548, and will be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than 2 years, or a fine of not more than 40,000 baht, or both. If you violate 1 and 2 points in the announcement, you will face temporary closure of the store.
Bangkok city government wants people to wear masks when they go out.
In view of the urgency of the current situation, if it is allowed to develop or will cause serious losses to the public and public interests, the violator will have no right to exercise the rights stipulated in Article 30 of the Administrative Procedure Law of 2539 (1).
