Mainland residents can apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao respectively according to their needs. Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, or apply for endorsements separately with valid travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao, must meet the corresponding conditions according to different reasons:

(4) Individual travel: permanent residents of cities that provide individual travel services to Hong Kong and Macao, or non-resident residents who meet the requirements stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau, apply for individual travel to Hong Kong or Macao.
