Article 10

Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region of China, and citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and Taiwan Province Province shall apply for a pass according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 11

When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and shall go through the prescribed procedures before leaving or entering the country.
