Xining should have a direct bus to Erlangjian, which is the most developed scenic spot, but there must be many people, so I still suggest renting a car, and then taking a bus from Qinghai Lake to Chaka Salt Lake, or taking a bus from Xining. Traffic may be a big problem, so many people go to go on road trip, Qinghai, but there are not so many beautiful scenery in places with developed traffic.
