The provincial agricultural tourism demonstration site (national 3A-level scenic spot) is located in Xiawa Town, Zhanhua County, the hometown of winter jujube in China, 20 kilometers away from the county seat. At the intersection of provincial highway Yongguan Road and Bingang Road, it connects with National Highway 205 (10 km), and goes south 10 km to General Aviation City, a big country in Zhanhua. You can take a rural shuttle bus to the scenic spot in the county seat. The scenic spot is an eco-agricultural sightseeing scenic spot with the theme of tasting Zhanhua winter jujube, experiencing peasant customs and enjoying natural leisure, and taking the winter jujube picking garden as the main body.

Since its establishment, the scenic spot has highlighted the first line (Zhangwanghe Branch Park, Siyuan Lake, a 50-mile long corridor of winter jujube in Pingyu Reservoir Park), the second field (two major winter jujube trading markets in the east and west), the third forest (star forest, doctor forest and writer forest) and the fourth garden (sightseeing garden, leisure garden, market garden and picking garden). From 1999, Zhanhua County holds the Winter Jujube Festival every year, attracting a large number of tourists. The main supporting scenic spots in the scenic spot include Zhanhua Dongzao eco-tourism picking area in Mawu Village (comprehensive eco-tourism service scenic spot), Zhanhua Dongzao tourism demonstration area in Dongping Village (high-tech demonstration area, which is also one of the three core areas for planting 10,000 mu of green Dongzao), Zhanhua Dongzao Research Institute, Bohai High-tech Seedling Breeding Farm (the only base in China that uses high-tech tissue culture to breed Dongzao seedlings), Qinkou River, Zhangwanghe Branch (fishing ground) and so on.
