First of all, I am very grateful to the battalion commander Qian Ting for his invitation to come to the M-GO series cultural exploration expedition camp of Vanke Meisha outdoor camp in Xi 'an, the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty. During the camp, there will be many feelings every day. After the camp, I will sort it out and write an essay. As I am a young man in my early twenties, and it is also my first time to lead a team in a real sense, I have not received any special education, but only recorded some experiences, feelings and thoughts, and my writing and content are still immature. I hope to communicate with readers and ask educators and parents for advice.

I brought three issues. In each issue, the children said that they had the best time in Qinling.

The first three days of each issue are relatively tight. We all go to places where people are crowded, such as the Terracotta Warriors, the Forest of Steles Museum and the city walls. On the fourth and fifth days, we are far away from the noise of cities and tourist attractions, and come to Qinling Mountain, which is located in southern Shaanxi and the geographical boundary between the north and the south of China. Children are free to run in the deep mountains looking for yew, and they are loud when they enter the mountains in a big truck built in the early days of the People's Republic of China. The children's passion was completely ignited and their nature was released. The children's laughter echoed in the quiet valley with the sound of running water and birds, and it also filled the whole summer, sweetening people's hearts and becoming an unforgettable scene for children.

These children all live in developed cities such as Shanghai and Shenzhen, and their family conditions are excellent. Since childhood, they will learn all kinds of talents such as painting, calligraphy, dancing and musical instruments, travel around the country and attend international bilingual schools. The starting point and personal comprehensive quality can be said to be very, very high, and it can be seen from their words and deeds during the camp that family education is also in place.

I think it's very important to cultivate first-class children. First, a good family environment, providing them with as many opportunities and resources as possible to cultivate and practice their talents. The second is to properly let them get close to nature, get in touch with nature, and return to the most basic nature as a child who loves to play, laugh, fight and make trouble. Third, through leading the team for three times, I feel that parents' care for their children and patient and meticulous companionship and guidance are the most important. Compared with external things, I think it is more important to cultivate internal character and quality. Whether external or internal, children are a blank sheet of paper. The external can be cultivated slowly later, and there will be no big problem. However, the internal character and psychological quality will affect the most precious golden period of their whole life-childhood, or even for a long time to come. For example, during the camp, when sending mobile phones to children to call their parents regularly, it is very difficult for some children's parents to get through the phone, and they rarely read and reply to the news in the parents' group. Responding to the point at the beginning of the article is that children's family environment is superior, but there will also be a situation where parents may be busy with their careers and entertainment and neglect their care and companionship. In addition, if some parents' family atmosphere and education methods are improper, it will also have a very bad influence on their children. It may cause children's psychological defects of introversion, autism and insecurity. When some children encounter some difficulties, setbacks or problems, they will cry and panic, or they will wrap themselves up like ostriches, or even choose to deal with problems and face people and things in a way that hurts them.

In family education, the way parents reward and punish their children will have a great influence on their growth. I want to talk about this in combination with my own growth experience. In primary school, my grandfather's encouragement to me was that exam 1 would give me a little money, 99 points would be less, 98 points would be less, and those below 97 would not win the prize. How much is the first prize and the second prize "three good students"?

From an early age, in order to buy my favorite toys and snacks, I will work hard for the "scholarship", which gradually evolved into some short-term goals that can be seen in front of me. Studying for others may gradually lead to my own life and attitude of doing things for others, which is also a point that bothers me very much. Although I think that many ideas and habits can be corrected in society, in books, and under the guidance of relatives and friends when they hit a wall, the children's brain development in the early stage is not mature enough, and when their individual consciousness and independent thinking ability are not enough, they need the correct guidance of their parents, teachers and the first guides.

one more thing, which is what I like best to get along with children, is that children are pure and pure. Once, after completing a food exploration mission in Huimin Street, children were free to move around and buy their own food. There are two children in our group who are eager to buy ice cream. I told them that there is no place to eat ice cream. When they come to Xi 'an, they will eat some local specialties in Xi 'an, but the children just won't listen and will buy ice cream. In the evening, I went back to the hotel and thought about it. The children are quite simple. They like it if they like it, but they don't like it if they don't like it. Adults may be a little utilitarian, and they will weigh the pros and cons and analyze the current situation. Later, I chatted with Grandpa Niu in the yard of Qinling Mountain. He said that children certainly have their own preferences, but we should also guide them correctly.

Children have their own personalities. We should respect them and their ideas, not treat them completely as children, and treat them equally, so that they will be more willing to share and communicate with you.

Cultivating children, educating children and taking care of children is a loving, two-way responsibility and knowledge between children and educators.
