What are the procedures for traveling from Tongjiang Fuyuan to Russia?

You can travel to Russia if you apply for a visa. The materials required for the application are:

1. Original passport (valid for more than half a year, blank page, old passport should be signed on the back)

2. Two 2-inch (3.5*4.5) color bareheaded photos with white background, which need my photos in the last six months.

3. Copy of ID card (front and back)
