1. Freight calculation is based on the following billing rules:

1. Volumetric weight calculation method

The billable weight of the consignment is calculated based on the volumetric weight and the actual weight. The larger value between the two, the calculation method of volumetric weight is:

S.F. same day/next morning/standard express

For intra-city, intra-provincial and intra-economic region shipments, Volumetric weight = length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) ÷ 12000;

For mutual shipments across economic regions outside the province, volumetric weight = length (CM) × width (CM) × height ( CM) ÷ 6000; (Economic regions include: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui regions, Sichuan and Chongqing regions, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning regions)

SF Express volume weight = length (CM) × width (CM )×Height (CM)÷12000;

Heavy cargo parcel/less than truckload/cold warehouse quick delivery/frozen home volume weight = length (CM)×width (CM)×height (CM)÷6000;

Cold freight LTL volumetric weight = length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) ÷ 3000;

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (service) volumetric weight = length (CM) × Width (CM) × Height (CM) ÷ 6000

International Express (Service) Volume Weight = Length (CM) × Width (CM) × Height (CM) ÷ 5000

2. How to round up the decimal point for billing weight

For mutual shipping in mainland China, if the weight is less than 100KG, the additional weight will be calculated in 0.5KG. If the weight is less than 0.5kg, it will be calculated as 0.5kg; 100KG and above, rounded to the nearest whole number.

The additional weight for local business in Hong Kong and Macao is measured in 0.5KG. If the weight is less than 0.5kg, it will be calculated as 0.5kg.

For business originating from mainland China to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the weight is less than 100KG, and the additional weight is calculated in 0.5KG. If it is less than 0.5kg, it is calculated as 0.5kg; if it is 100KG and above, it is calculated in 1KG, with the decimal point If the mantissa is greater than zero, round up to the next 1KG.

For business shipped from mainland China to overseas countries and regions below 20KG, the additional weight is calculated in 0.5KG. If it is less than 0.5kg, it is calculated as 0.5kg; if it is 20KG and above, it is calculated in 1KG. If the digit after the decimal point is greater than zero, round up to the next 1KG.

3. How to handle the freight calculation results

- The freight calculation results are rounded to an integer;

- The starting weight of different products is different. Heavy shipments will be charged and displayed based on weight.

The above billing rules may vary depending on the service (product) or region. For details, call 95338 or consult with the local courier
