2. Dapengsuo City, Shenzhen

Dapengsuo City was built in the 27th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1934 AD). It was a coastal defense military fortress in southern China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Shenzhen is now called "Pengcheng" from here on. During the Ming Dynasty, many famous generals were produced here, such as General Liu Zhong of Wu Lue and Lai's "Three Generations and Five Generals", so it is also known as the "General Village".
