The idea is very good. Many people have such an idea but do not implement it due to factors such as work, money, feelings, etc. If I could go back to 20 years old, I would definitely travel all over China.

Although I have not traveled all over China, I have traveled half of China. Just my own opinion for reference only.

1. Route: Plan the route before going out.

Understanding the city: After determining the route, learn about each city, so as to avoid being confused after arriving at the destination city.

When visiting the previous city, learn about the next city, including the city center, the talent market, whether there are job-hunting apartments, etc.

2. Accommodation: It is estimated that accommodation is the biggest problem for all the kids on the woke-holiday

. It’s also good if you plan to backpack and camp. Otherwise, you should find a place to live before going to this city. Basically every city has job-hunting apartments, which are similar to the school environment and the price is relatively affordable (about 20-50 a day, I still had 15 yuan a day back then).

3. Food: After accommodation is settled, then consider eating. Basically all cities in China, no matter how prosperous the center, will have civilian consumption areas. Save some money

10 yuan for a meal should be enough.

4. Transportation:

Backpackers have plenty of time, so choose the most affordable ordinary train for transportation between cities.

5. Luggage: Give up packing heavily and choose to travel light. Don’t be afraid of the loneliness of the journey, because you are destined not to be lonely once you start. It is enough to only take a few sets of daily necessities with you when you go out, and only two sets of clothes.

Don’t bring bank cards, computers, or PSPs. You don't even need to bring your cell phone (if you're afraid you won't be able to hold on, it's better to bring it). All in all, I only bring 2 sets of clothes with me when I go out. Cash: one month’s food and accommodation (1,000 is a bit too much)

6. Work: You choose how long you want to stay in a city, preferably 2-3 months. It's best to find a job before you go. Backpackers can’t have high job requirements. Of course, if you have the ability, that's another matter. When looking for a job, never forget that you are a backpacker. It's best to have a job with food and housing.

7. Travel: After work, you can visit the city, which is not limited to tourist attractions. You must know that working-holiday is not just pure tourism, but more importantly, it is to increase our life experience. Understanding a city and its cultural environment are also very important. Remember, you cannot stay in the dormitory after work.

That’s probably it. I haven’t thought of too much for the moment. As long as you step out of the first stop without any restraints, you will find that the front is really open.

In short, you are not going to work or travel. Don’t be bound by work, and don’t relax because of travel. Focus on the key points: you are going to increase your knowledge, enrich your experience, make friends, understand the city, and improve yourself.

Of course, if you have expectations for your future, or if you don’t just want to be a small shop owner, you can choose the city that is most suitable for your future development along the way.
