Women should pay attention to keep warm, do as the Romans do, and deal with altitude sickness scientifically.

1, keep warm. Seda, with an average elevation of 3,800 meters, belongs to the sub-humid climate zone of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with an average annual temperature of only 0℃, almost no summer and low temperature all year round. When traveling to Seda, even in the hottest season, you should bring enough cold-proof clothes, such as down jackets, sweaters, autumn clothes and trousers, scarves, gloves, thick socks, wool leg protectors and so on. You must take more coats. There is a great temperature difference between day and night, and there is no heating in the room in winter.

2. Do as the Romans do. Due to the differences of nationalities, customs and cultures, there are some taboos in some living habits of Seda, so tourists must respect local customs when visiting. You can visit the ceremony in the corpse forest of Mingfo College, but don't make noise and throw things at will during the ceremony. Remember not to take pictures.

3. Scientifically respond to altitude sickness. Because Seda is 4 100 meters above sea level, it belongs to a high altitude area, and most tourists will have some altitude sickness when they visit here. The slight phenomenon is feeling tired and weak, and in severe cases, there will be symptoms such as dyspnea, vomiting and dizziness. If the reaction is low, you can take rest, drink more water and exercise less, and it will disappear or weaken after a period of time. In order to alleviate these phenomena, Seda should not take a bath on the first day, eat more high-sugar foods or some drugs to prevent altitude sickness.
