Depending on the situation:
1. Students and children do not have a fixed source of income, and asset certification materials must be provided together with parents’ employment and income certificates.
2. Adults can provide proof of their parents’ assets, such as bank statements, to apply for a Japan tourist visa. For example, if the applicant is unmarried, parents' information can usually be provided.
3. In some cases, if you are married, the materials provided by your parents may not be accepted.
How to apply for a visa
1. A valid passport should be submitted.
2. Submit various documents related to the application, such as certificates about your birth, marital status, education, work experience, etc.
3. Fill out and submit the visa application form. Different visas have different forms. Most of them need to be filled in in foreign languages ??and a photo of the person must be paid at the same time.
4. Meet with officials from the embassy or consulate of the country of destination in China. Some countries stipulate that all immigration applicants must be interviewed before making a decision; other countries stipulate that applicants for non-immigrant visas must also be interviewed.
5. The embassy or consulate will submit the completed visa application forms and necessary supporting materials to the domestic competent department for review and approval. The embassies and consulates of a few countries have the right to issue visas directly, but they still have to report it to the country for filing.
6. After going to the country’s competent authorities for necessary review, notify the embassy or consulate in China of the review and approval opinions. If agreed, a visa will be issued. If rejected, the applicant will also be notified.
7. Pay the visa fee. Generally speaking, you have to pay the fee first when submitting your visa application. Some countries only charge fees when the visa application is successful. Generally speaking, immigrant visa fees are slightly higher and non-immigrant visa fees are slightly lower. There are also some countries and regions where visas are free.
As can be seen from the above, the assets in the name of the parents can be used to prove the visa assets, including real estate, cars, company ownership, etc. If you are a student, you can also use bank deposits in the name of the parents.
