Provisions on quitting the tour group in the Tourism Law
Legal basis: Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China
Article 65 If a tourist terminates the contract before the end of the tourism activity, the package travel agency shall return the balance after deducting the necessary expenses to the tourist.
Article 66 A tourist may terminate the contract under any of the following circumstances:
(a) suffering from infectious diseases and other diseases that may endanger the health and safety of other tourists;
(two) carrying articles that endanger public safety and refusing to hand them over to the relevant departments for handling;
(3) engaging in activities that violate the law or social morality;
(four) engaged in activities that seriously affect the rights and interests of other tourists, and do not listen to dissuasion, can not stop;
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by law.
If the contract is terminated due to the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the package travel agency shall return the balance to the tourists after deducting the necessary expenses; If losses are caused to travel agencies, tourists shall be liable for compensation according to law.
