The planned total area is about 309 mu. The location of the ancient town is actually very embarrassing. The construction of scenic spots is best connected in series, and tourists can visit many scenic spots conveniently. But the location of the ancient town is far from Pingyao ancient city, between the ancient city and Shuanglin Temple.

There are some residential buildings and other buildings around LaoYishui Town, and there is no natural landscape around to develop. It may be that the development and construction are difficult, so there has been no progress. It is reported that the original planned total investment of LaoYishui Town is estimated to be 654.38+0.5 billion yuan.
